STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
So on 12 – 15 I went to Vallejo to get my car tint, Dean made my appointment at 9am so as my cousin we both needed this done, we get there at 9am some one else was scheduled at 9am also. he managed to get my car done asap, had to do the other car and then work on my cousins car, with after an hour he said he run out of film that we needed to go back in a few days, I call dean because both cars have bubbles and mine has two wondows that are bad cut, he never answer the calls, it’s been a month now, when he calls back he always have excuses, at this point I want our money back, and don’t want nothing to do with this service, some times you try to save a few bucks and end up spending more, STAY AWAY, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, not worth it.
DEAN CALL ME, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

THIS GUY IS A SCAM! Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to get your windows tinted. He does not return phone calls and redeems groupons before you can even call to make an appt! This place deserves 0 stars!

tints come off one window, not cut perfect to window. has a couple of blemishes that i wouldve liked to be re-​done. product didnt last a month before peeling on my driverside. contracted dean for touch ups he told me he would try to fit me in asap. i feel like he could open up earlier or do it asap. the place doesnt have heat, dont have working debit/​creditcard reader. seem like cool peeps until i needed my shyt re done. So I had a Groupon for this this which was good deal for window tint made a appointment then when I get there I thought everything was a go noooooo they told me they didn’t have no window tint of any shade and saying there gonna get tint the next day or so and make another appointment well days have went by haven’t heard from anyone and as a customer I feel that I shouldn’t have call you should be calling me if you want my business so being that I didn’t want to go to Vallejo again and refunded my Groupon I will never do business here again at all and the funny part someone else reviewed them after me and there Windows tinted yea right ok never again

Why does this business have 3.5 stars? It should have zero stars. I bought a deal from Groupon late last year. I called the business to set up an appointment. My call was never returned. When I tried again earlier this year, the business marked my Groupon as used when this place never saw the shadow of my car. I had to call Groupon to get my money refunded. This review is against Groupon as well. Shame on Groupon for not vetting vendors. This business is offering deals again on Groupon. Unbelievable! You have been warned.

Great job! The gentleman there was running a bit behind on our appt. with a large truck ahead of us but was very professional about apologizing and letting us know. The job he did looks great and he was very curtious. Would definately recommend you check him out. Would send friends and family there anytime.

this guy is a crook and flake! Stay away!!! He also uses terrible tint and wont fix your problems! You have to BEG for him to return your calls if there is a problem.
Also, he does NOT have a business license! Call the city and check!!!

I’d like to give these people a better rating, EXCEPT THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Saw their deal on groupon and wanted to speak to them to ask a few questions before I made the purchase, and I’m glad that I waited. I’ve called about 5 times now over the past week and a half to try reach someone at their shop, NOT A SINGLE RETURNED PHONE CALL.
Along with another Unilocaler, I will probably never know if these guys do good work or not because, again, it’s goddamn impossible to speak to someone.

This guy may or may not do good work I will never know. I had an appointment for last Monday I arrived at the shop or what I believed to be the shop there’s no sign or anything indicating that it was this place of business. My appointment was for 9 am and I arrived early and waited till 9. No one showed up so I called the owner he told me he was closed that day and did not realize he made me an appointment for a day he was closed. He had family obligations so he was not able to come in and take care of me. I texted him and he set me up and appointment for Friday at noon. 2 hours before the appointment he texted me and said an emergency came up and would have to reschedule. I understand things come up and it was not a problem so I rescheduled for today Wednesday at 9 AM. At 7:50 am I received an email from groupon asking me to rate my experience at east bay window tinting. I thought this was odd since I had not used the groupon yet and I check my groupon and it showed it had already been redeemed on ¹⁄₁₃ which was he date of my appointment so I figured the owner redeemed it and would be there for the appointment. I got to East Bay Window tinting a few mins early and waited. 9 am came and left and no one showed up. At 9:15 I texted the owner and no response I called a few times and no answer. I talked to someone who works next door and they told me he is never at the shop and they have talked to other customers that have waited for The owner to come for about an hour.
At 10:40 I decided I was not going to waste my day waiting for this guy and I left 1 hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time. Still my windows are not tinted and he has not returned any of my phone calls or texts. Don’t go here it is a waste of time. He needs to realize customers come first and our time is valuable.
I’m now working with groupon to get my money back.

First and foremost I would life to say that as far as customer service goes I am not very hard to please. This was a terrible experience in which I had to write review to warn everyone else.
So I decided to get tint for all my windows on a Honda accord minus the front windshield. I looked on groupon and found this deal for $ 130. Checked out the reviews and seemed legit. I called to inquire about the deal and spoke with Dean. He informed to stop by on 12÷14÷15 and to look for the scooter store.
I show up on time and he informs me some transit buses have to be moved to access the small garage? Then he checks out my car, agree on 15% tint, and then tells me it should be an hour. I go inside and wait in the scooter store and after an hour he informs me there is a problem. Apparently he ran out of tint and he will not pick some up until the following day on ¹²⁄₁₅ and he can work on it then. I was like okay didn’t plan on making a couple trips and offered me a small discount. He said it would be 30 more minutes to finish which ended up being 2 hours all together. «I know you would rather have it done right then rush through it» is what Dean said after taking twice the time he mentioned. So then I paid for the back half and on the invoice it stated the front half should be completed later for $ 15. So I call on ¹²⁄₁₅ and ¹²⁄₁₆ as he told me to finish the front half. I left a voicemail and no response. I call again on ¹²⁄₁₇ and Dean finally answers. He apologized that he did not answer and stated he was out of town and he can complete the front half on ¹²⁄₁₈ because he will be available all day. I called again several times today and no answer hence the reason for this review.
All in all I seriously do not recommend this business at all. I tried to find a good deal but honestly I should have gone to somewhere more legit such as Vallejo Tint which I heard from a friend does a great job. I tried to save some money and basically now down $ 100. The back windshield is starting to peel/​bubble and at this point the «lifetime warranty» is probably useless.

Had a wonderful experience here! I called on a Saturday to have my car dropped off at 10 a.m. on Sunday. I wasn’t sure exactly what percentage tint I wanted, so I was super happy to be shown samples. After letting them know what we wanted (a tint dark enough to keep the sun off baby’s face, but light enough that I can see through at night), we were told to come back at noon. Everything was super easy, the car was ready on time, and the windows looked great! Now baby girl can ride around town in style, or keep RBF without having anyone know!

Met with Dean over the weekend to get my windows tinted. Very professional guy got me in and out in under an hour. And best of all the tint looks flawless.

Wasn’t sure about this place at first but I couldn’t have been more happy to have my tint done here. Great price and great installation. The I got my Lr3 tinted no problems. Warranty is great too!

Great company they came out and installed window film on my home and while there they tinted my car which came out fantastic. I would recommend you to get your work done by them if you want it done correct the first time around.
