The best customer service ever! I am super impressed with Armand and all that they have done for my VW.

Dishonest business practice! After taking our car for a front end collision repair, I was not informed of a crack in the headlight mount. Its impossible that they missed it because they even replaced the headlights. I only noticed it after a couple days after and so we took it back to this place and the response we got…“sometimes when you buy a vacuum cleaner and use it you get wear and tear” I get the extended analogy Armand but it doesn’t seem to apply to the case at hand. You could have at least informed us rather than making up excuses. Don’t let their sweet talks fool you!

I was referred to G Collision by my Chiropractor and my in-​laws. The customer service is outstanding here. I dropped my car off an Friday and it was ready by the following friday. I will def refer anyone to G Collision. Thank you so much Armand! My husband and I are very happy with the service you provided.

Back in February, I totally messed up my poor baby (2007 BMW 328i on 19s) and was completely freaking out! I basically reversed into another car and got a big dent and scratch on my back bumper which also caused my back bumper to be offline. I went to 3 other places and they were charging me double or even triple what Armand quoted me. One place even said that I needed to get a new bumper. I wasn’t trying to go through my insurance and was looking for the best deal since I was paying out of pocket.
Armand was very sweet, helpful, and full of information. He didn’t disregard me or try to make me feel incompetent because I am a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. I felt really comforted and confident leaving my car with him.
And 3 days later I got my baby back as if nothing ever happened (well my bank account didn’t feel the same way, but it was happy b/​c the expense could have been more). G Collision also offers pick up and delivery of your car. And he works around your schedule! He met with me on a Sunday to check out my car. This is what good customer service is supposed to like. First-​class service all the way!
I will definitley recommend G Collision to everyone and IF i ever need auto body work done again, you already know who I’m going to.
