Not much to say, aside from the fact that I come here for quest bars when I can’t make it to Active Nutrition in SJ… and also for some nut butters whenever GNC has their BOGO50.
Inventory: Limited in comparison to other GNC’s I’ve frequented, however they have an array of quest bar flavors, which is all I care about.
Service: Friendly and helpful. I can’t comment on the knowledgeable part.
Price: Get the membership, it’s worth it. If you’re not a member, prices are ridiculous.
Overall: Supplements and products limited at times, but if you call ahead they’ll let you know what’s available and you’ll save the drive. Prices are decent for members, I truly only come here during their sales or promotions. Service is good. Quick in and out visits to this location.

I’d rather drive to vacaville or walnut creek to pick up my supplements via nutrishop or max muscle. The crew here, well the 2 asian female workers at the plaza store suck. Needs both customer service training and product training. Lillia is just one grumpy lady. She needs to check that attitude… or get out of customer service and retail. Ijs.
I only come here when I run low on protein and or bcaas and I kick myself every time. I don’t know why I keep hoping my instore experiences will get better.

The lady that works there helped me very well. I needed supplements to help me gain weight and she pointed me to the right direction. 3 weeks later I’m seeing great results I’m happy with. My go to place!

Can’t really say that I’m a big fan of GNC’s customer service in general. Considering that their faces are the first thing I see when I come in, I expect at least a smile and a cheerful attitude. Well, on my latest trip there, I got neither. Seemed like neither lady who worked there that day wanted to help me or act helpful for that matter. When I used to work at this same exact GNC 15 years ago, I was instilled with pride and a dedication that still carries on to this day. But for some reason, almost every time I come in here, the workers are blah blah and look like they’re only here to get a paycheck. I don’t mean to blast them but this current group of employees is lackadaisical. I will only go here if I absolutely need something.

The crew here never tries to upswell me anything. Pretty much I go in and get what I need.
Thy carry a huge amount of quest bars in all flavors along with MHP protein pudding.
All my protein and supplement needs to my daily gym life I get from this location.

Not bad. Customer service is good.
