Excellent service. Mike the sales manager gave me a great deal on my first bike (Kawasaki ninja 250 06) it was going for $ 1999 plus additional fees. He had waived the fees and just charged me 2k flat in cash. Did a full service inspection, gave me details and instructions in the bike, and put in a full tank of gas! Gave me the keys and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions on my first bike!!! Will definitely be back when upgrade!!!

I was greeted when I came through the door by two staff members. Mike walked me over the few bikes I mentioned I was interested in, then let me sit on the bikes repeatedly, and never pressured me. I wouldn’t hesitate speaking with Mike about buying a bike.

I have purchased two Victory motorcycles from Powersports. No nonsense. No drama. Only delay was on my end to hunt down my DD214 so that I would get Victory’s VA rebate. I am self employed. Time is money. Wonderful buying experience. 100% of maintenance is done at Powersports.

What can I say I walked into Power sports just looking for a bike and there was Mike who had sold me a bike 20 years early, made me feel like a lost old friend we caught up and no pressure, no hassle helped me pick my bike and gave me the best deal he could 5 stars of class and care … thanks you guys I love my new baby .

I purchased my bike from Arlen Ness but will be taking it to Powersports of Vallejo for all my services. These guys are the best shop around with the best customer service. I came in for my first 500 mile service and ended up buying a really awesome Victory jacket. I have gotten many compliments on it. After calling various other shops, even shops out of state trying to find answers, I talked with Bo and he had the information I was looking for. This convinced me to trust this shop for all my needs. It is worth the drive for me coming from Walnut Creek. You will not be disappointed here.

My wife and I recently traveled from San Diego to Fairfield during the Labor Day weekend. I had an emergency where my new Shenko tires had separated from the tire core in the heat on my Victory Vision. (Yeah I know cheap tires.) I needed help. I contacted the Vallejo Powersports parts/​service department early Saturday morning at 9am and was told we have no availabilities, they were booked solid and could not squeeze me in. I was desperate. He told me he had the tires but couldn’t put them on and to call back at 2pm to see if they could do it. THE TIRES WERE SEPARATING! I only had a 1 way trip to any place. What if you couldn’t get around to me? I emphasized that I could not stay and lived in San Diego. He referred me to Ride On cycles. Those guys never picked up the phone nor called me back. I called 12 others that said they did not work on this bike or their facility was no longer open. Hey I was visiting from out of town and needed Victory help. On the 13^th try I called the Arlen Ness store in Dublin and told the my predicament. Based on the distance I traveled 500+ miles they told me to bring it down. They understood and took care of me. They were willing to put aside there backlog to take care of an out of town stranger in need. By 2pm my wife and I were riding on the correct tires. That is an example to follow. Felt like family. Vallejo Power Sports may be the best in the area of Vallejo but when it comes to service I’m going to recommend a place that takes care of bikers who are traveling as well. This my first impression of Victory Service in Vallejo, CA.

Just bought a brand new Kawasaki Vulcan this dealership is the best dealership in the Bay Area as far as I am concerned they really took their time to see what I wanted and not just how much money or how good my credit is. That made all the difference me

Working with Mike was awesome! I looked around at other dealers, but Mike’s personality and true interest in my needs won me over. After coming in and checking out the motorcycles I was interested in, I was sold! As I selected the accessories, Mike was «straight up» and didn’t try to «up sell» me on any brand but rather gave me excellent information to compare and make an educated decision. I can tell you I will definitely be back for all of my future motorcycle needs (including maintenance of my brand new Ninja!)!!!

Second time here to have a tire swapped out, this time on my rear wheel. Price is reasonable (just under 40 incl. balancing and tire disposal) and supporting local business is always a plus. Price is same for the front wheel too but the wheel must be taken off the bike and carried in. If you do not have tools at home, you can bring your bike in and let them take the wheel off and change the tire but it will cost more. I think they offer just about most maintenance work here too, but you wanna call to get an idea of what they can and cannot do. This time wasn’t so busy so they were able to get the job out the way in 10 – 15 min. Just make sure the tire you want mounted is made within a 5-​year window and they should be able to mount it for you, plus it’s a safety factor for you, the rider.

Came here to get a recall fixed. they told me to come first thing in the morning and we can have it in and out in about a hr. well I been sitting here for 2 hrs now and my bike is still in the parking lot and has not been touched. horrible communication and customer service, definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone!

I found on my scooter on a Craigslist ad from this company. I had the pleasure of getting Mike Evans, Sales Manager. He was really easy to work with, detailed oriented and very informative. He did everything over the phone and customized my scooter to my specs. Their prices were very fair and I was happy with the deal I got. I would use them again!

I went in there to have an electrical diagnosis, flat rate was $ 180 to diagnose. they called me and said «we ran some tests and we think its your ECM. we cant be sure tho, until we have a good one to test with it.» so i brought in a good one that i had from my other bike (same make, year and model) they tried it and it worked. when i went in to pick up the bike they charged me TWO diagnosis fees, totaling $ 360. ALL they did the second time was hook up the ECM and finish the diagnosis… why would they charge me to diagnose it TWICE, when all they did the second time, was finish the last step of the original diagnosis…
they figured out what the problem was, and thats GREAT because it was becoming a headache, but i feel i was overcharged…
also, when i got home to put in the new ECM… they had left wires hanging out and brackets not hooked up and bolts half screwed in… what is that $#!t? now i have to figure out where it all goes.
good people, knowledgeable, but overpriced and they didn’t put $#!t back. not sure id go back

Just bought a used bike here from Mike, and was very impressed. He provided frequent and excellent communication over the phone, and even worked to look into financing options for me (which I ended up not needing) before I walked in the door. He gave me a great deal — came down on the price quite a bit after I dropped by to look at the bike. And when Mike found out I didn’t like the aftermarket pipes that were on it, he contacted the previous owner and got his permission to give me his phone number so I could ask questions about the bike and get the stock pipes and other gear from him.
A very quick, low-​pressure, painless purchase. I left there very happy with the deal, the bike, and the experience — i feel that I was treated honestly and respectfully. Highly recommended.

Purchased a 2013 Suzuki SFV650 Gladius with the original intention of getting the Kawasaki 300. Mike provided a realistic assessment of my motorcycle needs with no «fluff». He gives insight on what options are good for you as a rider, whether your budget conscious, experienced or vis-​versa. He also made me aware of financing options which led me to the Suzuki. You can’t beat 0% financing for the first 62 months! Mike even delivered my bike personally to my house! Great first experience with Powersports of Vallejo!

First off, come here if you are fine paying MSRP. They will not negotiate and will let you walk out, they feel the next person through the door will pay the MSRP and it must be working for them. I walked out the first time, they called, said they can get me the payments I want and asked them about Costco pricing. They gave me Costco pricing but when I decided I wanted to trade in my bike to use for down payment, things changed. First they seemed fine with it and they were aware it was registered out of state before today. BUT it wasn’t UNTIL I rode all the way down there this (03÷16÷13) morning it was a different story. It seemed to me they could care less that I was there to buy a bike. I was already qualified and just needed to sign and ride away! With that said, they made every effort not to take my trade in by making all kinds of excuses and seemed satisfied that a potentially good customer was going to walk out. Too bad, because I love buying goodies for my bikes. I would have spent some $$$ on that but oh well. I have a sneaky feeling they had someone else on the hook for the same bike and were praying I would back out.LOL.Seriously that is how I feel. No I wasn’t trading in a POS motorcycle either. I had enough wasting of my time, so I walked out, rode to the next dealer who was willing to make a fair deal deal and got a great bike. They also gave me blue book (trade in) for my bike.
HINT: If you are looking for a Kawasaki, look at Costcos Auto Program and register. Powersports of Vallejo is registered dealer with Costcos and you can get a really good deal. The dealer does not to like offering Costco pricing, it’s basically MSRP out the door and that is including tax with no Freight & Setup fees. If you use this program and I hope you do, they will give you nothing for your trade, sell it yourself.
I will never step foot in this place again. I will not let my friend have her Suzuki serviced here even though it would be easier for her to do so. I’d rather brave the Sacramento traffic or go to Concord.

I’ve purchased a motorcycle and two scooters from Mike in the last 3 months. I live in Oakland, but made the trip up to Vallejo because I knew I was dealing with an honest man. You may or may not be able to get the lowest price on the vehicle you want here, but you won’t get the run-​around. I don’t mind if I pay an extra one hundred or two hundred here, because I know that when I need service, they won’t forget me here at Powersports of Vallejo.
PS. Do your homework on the vehicle before you head over. Pre-​negotiate a price over the telephone, then go and sign paperwork. I’ve done this the last two times, and I was in and out the door in under 30 minutes both times.

So i recently bought two new dirtbikes from this place and the staff is super friendly and they make you feel like a regular when you go in there calling you by name if they know it… Salesmen «Mike» is really cool laid back and was very easy to deal with he didnt make me wait in a chair while he took phone calls or any of that Bs i get normally at a dealership…
The only con i can see is the retaill prices, where pretty much higher then all the other places i looked however they were able to get me a really go deal on a loan so i went with them anyways … Also even though there prices where a little higher they had in stock what i wanted which made it easyer too…
If your going to pay in cash for the bike you can probably find a better deal but if your going to take a loan on the bike and or looking for very good service i recommend these guys no doubt…

I came here to get a new battery for my brothers zx-​6r. This is the second time we have had to change it in 4 years.
Bo was very helpful. He first suggested that he charge it with his charger because it does things our own battery tender cant do. A few hours later I called to follow up and was told that the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Bo suggested we buy a gel battery which has shown to last longer and has better reviews than the types we have been using. Hopefully this one will last more than a year and a half.
Overall, the service was really good and I really appreciated his offer to charging it for us to possibly save us money. Too bad it didn’t work but it was the battery’s fault.
