So I found this automotive place because I needed a alternator… I did my research got 3 quotes they were lowest and fast! I dropped car off Thursday around 4 car wouldn’t drive but they ordered part my car was ready Friday before noon… I’m extremely pleased, also loved that Hawaii Febreeze office fteshner!

My husband found this place in search of brake services, and this one popped up with amazing reviews. We decided to give it a shot since Toyota dealership quoted me over $ 300 for front brake services. Precision Service Center gave my husband and I an awesome deal. Come to find my «Certified» used 2012 Scion IQ car, which I purchased less than year ago, at that same dealership that quoted us over $ 300 came with after-​market brakes. Go figure, another reason to come back sooner than expected.
Precision Service Center was able to take my car in, same day service. How awesome! They answered their phone quick, no playing phone tag with voicemails.
Going forward, please just go to them. No hassle, no gimmicks. Just genuine, amazing and quality services. They also did something that was totally unexpected in a great way. I’m due for an oil change soon, they checked my oil and put a little more to last me until then. I’m definitely coming back to them for ALL my service needs. Thank you to the staff that helped my little Scion IQ out. My brakes work great! Totally appreciated!

I feel so lucky to find this gem of a place! I have been going to the local dealership for all of the maintenance on my 2008 Camry. The dealership recently quoted me an exorbitant price for 120K servicing and I finally just had enough of their price gouging. I took a chance on this small business and had them perform the service at price much lower than the dealership quote. They also installed my new windshield wipers, replaced a broken part on my grill and shuttled me back and forth to my home in Benicia for free. The work on my car was top notch and they took the time to explain what was done and what I needed to look out for in the future. All this and I am supporting a small, local business. Win, win, win!!!

Getting my truck fixed really worked with me on the $ it would cost, an gave me a ride home while the work gets done. I feel good about it.

Jerome is great. My car (toyota camry 1997) had check engine light for one year and I could not pass smog for that one year despite hopping from one mechanic to the other and spending more money $$$$
.I took my car to precision service center in vallejo and this guy Jerome fixed my car in just a few hours. My car passed smog and check engine light never came back on. He only charged me $ 120…I cant believe how much money i could have saved if i went to him earlier. Customer service is excellent and very professional.

Serpentine belt broke on my car, towed the car to Precision Service Center and showed them the belt. Instantly, the owner Jerome told me that it was the belt tensioner that cracked. It was an easy fix and so inexpensive. I strongly recommend this shop.

Great quality service, the work was explained to me in a very clear manner, the arrival time was given for the part and and the expected time of the completed service was given. I was happy that the service was completed sooner, car was returned quicker and everything was well! I had a huge problem, my car was leaking gas, it was a rusty has taken a f when I filled it up, the gas tank began to leak, they replaced it with a new one in no time. I brought my 2002 Nissan Maxima for a diagnostic check. Jerome and Rafael were great! When I picked my car up, they had written down all the things that were wrong with it. They also explained everything in detail and gave me an estimate for each item. When I brought my car back for repairs a month later, they remembered me and honored the price that they originally quoted me. They also did a few extra repairs without even charging me! They even gave me a shuttle ride home when I dropped my car off… now that’s customer service! They are very friendly and honest. They are my new permanent mechanic shop! Thanks guys!

I have heard Precision Service Center from my Pastor. I am not used to going to a mechanic other than Toyota dealership. But lately, Toyota dealership is becoming more expensive and I am becoming more skeptical with their service because my car is old (2001 Solara).
I went to Jerome to get my car fixed because my car was having a hard time accelerating. Whenever I accelerated, my check engine light started flashing. It was so scary. I talked to him on the phone to see if he can tell me what’s wrong with my car. Right then and there, he knew the problem, which gave me a good impression that he is really a good mechanic. When he did the diagnostics, he showed me where the problems were. (I really appreciate a business that helps the customer see the problem and for the customer to be part of troubleshooting). He even showed me the evap tube that was broken maybe accidentally (or not) by the Toyota dealership. He even took the initiative to even dig deeper, another level from the diagnostics and because of that, he even helped me saved money: He recommended me to fix one thing first before changing the more expensive part. He really fixed the source of the problem. My car is 100% working now. And I think because of the changes, my car mileage is now back to where it used to be. But it’s not just that. He seems to enjoy fixing cars. He is calm and he gets the job done on time and with ease. Moreover, the place is so close to Seafood city (bunch of Filipino restaurant) and so waiting can be entertaining.
Overall, if you need a mechanic you can trust, Precision Service Center is the place to go to. I will be transferring my service now from Toyota dealership to this place. I thank God for opening a reliable and trustworthy mechanic place. I think my car will be my car forever because I now have a good mechanic that can bring my car back to its healthy state. =)

Drove all the way from San Ramon to Vallejo to have my Mitsubishi Montero fixed. Totally worth it. Highly recommended by a friend and now i know why. Thanks Jerome!

Got an oil change on my 2012 Prius. Overall, very happy with the service. There was a bit of a misunderstanding in pricing but they accommodated well.

If there was a 0 star. I would prefer giving this service center a 0. Jerome does not know how to communicate with his customers. Way over priced and he has temper problems. No patience for his customers what so ever. He ran off all mad like a little girl. Worst service you can possibly get. Don’t ever come here

Brought 2 cars already and never had a problem eversince they worked on my cars. Very thorough with inspections and repairs. The best auto repair and maintenance shop in town. Highly recommend it.

If you’re looking for a professional establishment, look no more. I have been here time and time again and have been treated with the utmost service. Jerome is my mechanic and also the owner of Precision Service Center. He specializes in Acura, Honda, Toyota, and Lexus. Every time I bring my 86 Supra in, Jerome knows exactly what to do. He doesn’t force sell me any repairs or maintenance and acts quick and assess the problem at hand.
Jerome really takes the time to go into detail, piece by piece, with what is problematic with your car. He’s a very honest and trustworthy mechanic, as well as very knowledgeable.
One time, my car died on me and I had to get it towed. Jerome waited almost 2 hours after his store closed just to wait for my car to get towed to his shop. Even when I felt my car was on its last limbs and was unable to be fixed, Jerome kept me up to date with what exactly was wrong and explained everything to me. He brought my car back to life and I couldn’t be more grateful. That shows dedication to his shop and more importantly to his guests.
Like I said, look no more, I have found my own personal mechanic and he’s great at what he does. If you’re not going to Precision Service Center, then you’re missing out.

Excellent customer service and pricing! Came here to fix some issues with my supercharged Honda CR-​Z, oil change and tire rotation and Jerome did a wonderful job! He even fixed other things that I did not even notice when inspecting the car with him!

I have to say, I’m glad I found this place. I have a 2001 rx300 and 2000 celica, and although they are older cars, I like not having a car payment. I don’t want to have to get a new car unless these cost more to fix. With Precision Service Center, I don’t think I’ll be needing to worry about a new car payment for a long time.
I would normally just go through the dealerships for maintenance because a lot of «mom-​an-​pop» spots just end up costing more in the long run. But I know Jerome has a background in dealership work so I get the best of both worlds. Dealer service with «mom-​and-​pop» pricing. Now I don’t even care abut the mileage because I’ve found a trustworthy mechanic who cares more about his craft than how much money he can squeeze out of me.
If you are in or around the Vallejo area, I would highly recommend Precision Service Center for the maintenance or repair of your car.

I’ve been through my fair share of mechanics over the years and many know it’s difficult finding an honest, trustworthy and knowledgable auto repair shop given the nature of the business. I can now say my search is over. Jerome heads the business here and he is now my go to guy for all the service needs for my vehicles. He really takes the time to explain what’s wrong with the car and options for repair being mindful of your budget. He’s a really easy going guy and easy to talk to.
He performed a timing belt major service and tune up, and full brake service on my Lexus RX300. My car runs like new! Jerome also performed work on my dad’s cars and he is thoroughly satisfied. I also referred my GF to Jerome for some major suspension work amongst other regular maintenance items on her Mini and she’s more than happy with the results. I now live in Fremont and would not hesitate to take the time to drive to Vallejo for work on my cars.
Besides being an honest and knowledgable mechanic, Jerome’s prices are very, very (I’ll say it again, very) REASONABLE!
