I really want to give them 5 stars, I really do! But unfortunately my visit today wasn’t that great.
Priscilla, the kind lady who helped me out was absolutely helpful and patient with me. Which I highly appreciated. But the reason why I’m rating them at 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the company as a whole. Sprint has an insurance companies phone thing called Asurion that sends out refurbish phones that they claim is «100%» perfect when in fact I’ve received not one BUT TWO defected refurb phones. The customer service lady on the Asurion customer service line was trash and absolutely unknowledgeable — complete waste of air.
But not only that, I found it completely unreasonable — when a customer is obviously dissatisfied — to step away and not help solve the issue. That’s the reason why THIS store in particular is a repair store, shouldn’t you be WILLING to help? I just found it disrespectful and uncalled for how many of the employees working here gave me dirty looks… How professional (*sarcasm*)
The store manager here is super sweet and understanding, I understand the hustle and the level of things you could do to resolve my issue. But hire more people that smile and have more urgency; there’s nothing more comforting than someone who is willing to help with a warm smile. No one wants to enter a store with stand offish associates — no one.
My precious visits here have been OK, could be better.

Another week with false promise from Sprint to resolve my phone issue. Sprint corporate made a promise to call no later than last Thursday and guess what no call. The Sprint group is so bad its terrible. All customers should go to any phone provider other than Sprint. It sad to say how bad they are.

I had the worst time at this Sprint. First of all the workers are so unprofessional rolling their eyes constantly at customers. On top of that, they openly talk about sales and how much money they make of the customers they are «helping.»… In general sprint in a bad network, but having bad customer service I’m just surprised they are able to attract business, especially at this location. This is the closest store to me that has a tech available and I am so close to driving through traffic just to get real honest help. I hope that the corporation actually gives a damn and reads these reviews cause quality control has to start somewhere! I advise all customers seeking real help not to come here.

I have been with sprint for at leadt 13 years and if you ask me if i could go to another carrier i would. This office has a manager that does not stand by his word. I had to get a new phone and really got talked onto a plan that the employee said would be cheaper and guess what nope not cheaper. When i went in to ask why they said because of it being pro rated. Ok then next month still not what he quoted. Wanted to talk to manager the employee went to get him and came back and said he would credit my account 15 bucks. This after the manager said always come here i will take care of any phone needs. I said so your manager doesn’t want a face to face with a customer? The employee said well.
.I really do think as a manager you should always talk to your customers mainly because we pay you salary. If it wasn’t for the fact that sprint makes it to expensive to buy out i would find another service. I hate this sprint store.

Horrible service. Until very recently, I had been a loyal Sprint customer for years both personal and corporate.
It was bad enough when Sprint began to force a lease on an iPhone last year.
This location is listed as a service center, so I took in an iPhone5 that was not working last September 2015, the rep suggested that I download the latest update. We downloaded it in the store, tested the phone, and the iPhone 5 continued to drop calls. At that time, I agreed to lease the iPhone 6, the rep gave me a discount and agreed to waive the activation fee. I had to come back when I received the first bill and she noted the paperwork to that affect. I did not sell Sprint back the iPhone 5, instead I gave it my mother. She took it to the Apple Store, and they determined that it was the battery. She purchased a battery for the iPhone 5 and it works great.
I returned months later to the Sprint store on Springs Road. Yes, I purchased the phone in September 2015, yes I returned months later. Two reasons, I wouldn’t visit Springs Road after dark and have to talk myself into going based on prior experiences.
Sigh. The short story is. When I came back to the Sprint Store in March 2016 to ask about crediting my activation fee and reducing my monthly fee. It did not go well. I brought to the attention of the service rep that was assisting me that there was an empty Patron bottle in the parking lot. His response was «typical Vallejo». He made no motion towards the door to retrieve the bottle or inquiry where it was located. Instead his more concerned counterpart comes from the back, and states «Did I hear you say, there is an empty Patron bottle in the parking lot?». I walk outside with the counterpart and point towards where the empty bottle was. We did not see it, as a car was now in the parking space. He said that he would check back.
At the end of my visit I did not have my activation fee credited, the rep went around and around about the original rep had to credit the activation fee. Only later to find out, that she no longer works at the location. He stated that he could call customer service but they don’t credit activation fees.
When I voiced my frustration and stated that I may close my account. His response was if I closed my account I would owe lease cancellation fees and/​or have to purchase the phone outright. I then asked what time would the manager be in. He stated later that afternoon.
It seems that Sprint may want to train their employees on customer retention, service, and proper responses. Surely, if the manager was aware of a potential customer retention, s/​he might have saved the account with the appropriate action.
I left more frustrated then before. I went online when I got home. I found a competitor offer to switch carriers, which included to pay for the lease cancellation fees from Sprint, and never looked back.

Understaffed, and experience, more concerned about their shoes and clothes and they are about helping customers. All in all not a place that I would go to start my sprint subscription, or to do anything other than take a nap, because everybody there was sleeping already.

The new manager (assistant manager?) doesn’t seem very friendly or customer service oriented. The other managers (assistant managers?) are friendly than he is.

I’m continuing my last review from august. First off Rosanna did great but once again tech support failed. After of 2 months of paying for a service that was not working i had to go back to this place. They fixed it finally and promise me a $ 20 credit i insisted that its not enough and once again they said they would call. Not only no call was made they also only gave 15 bucks credit instead of 20. You guys suck.

The store its self is very nice, the «customer service/​reps» thats another story! Everytime I have to go into this store I cringe. The reps are early 20yo, whom obviously would love to be some where else. As soon as I walked in, they hesitate to greet me, (and when they do, its half heartedly) I explain my situation to the looks of, being total annoyed. This is not the first time this has occured. Advice to owners/​managers: Team building and customer service seminars really are a great tool! You should look into it for your team!

Clueless and can’t think. El Cerrito is the store to go to. This one is NOT an actual Sprint store; so they don’t want to do much (like add a new line…). Was able to do what was «impossible» in Vallejo in El Cerrito in a matter of minutes. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I only give this place a one star is because it won’t let me give them a ZERO star review. This store sucks!!! Management wont honor their employee mistakes. The owner Arch Telecom wont return phone calls… I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have also been in contact with Marcelo Claure the CEO of SPRINT. He was floored to hear of my experience.
SPRINT so far is a great company too bad the let people purchase their name who don’t hold the same integrity!!!

I had an outstanding experience here today. Long story short, I have been trying to get my phone issues resolved at three different sprint stores, and the staff here was the only ones willing to ensure that my sprint experience was a pleasant one. The associate that took care of me was Michael. He was very professional and went out of his way to assist me while getting me the best possible outcome for my current service. I will be recommending this specific shop to all my family and friends for all of their cellular needs! Thank you to Michael and the sprint team!

My phone had cracked the week before and I was overdue for an upgrade so I called this sprint store to see if they had any 16GB white/​gold iPhone 6’s in stock. They didn’t so we headed to the store over by the plaza. For some reason the guy there said my phone couldn’t be upgraded at their store so we went home and I called this spring the next day. They told me to come in on Friday to check the shipment so I went and sure enough they had some.
The worker that helped me was named Michael. Can I say what an amazing representative of this company he is??? He was so helpful and processed my upgrade as soon as he could while also helping the other 10 people that were in line. He greeted every single one of them with the biggest smile and apology and he would be with them shortly. While he was helping me he relieved the other associate there so he could take a lunch. He was there on his own with the tech and still managed to please everyone in that store that day. He breaks down everything clearly so you understand what you’re getting yourself into and is completely honest with the insurance policy and does not try to win you over so he can get more sales. (as MANY sprint store associates have including the Fairfield location)
He even speaks spanish! While not being a native speaker, he spoke it fluently! Or it sounded like it to me.
If you ever go here ask for Michael. I promise you his customer service will leave you beyond satisfied.
My mom went in there just last week and she said he helped her just as much while the other associates were very average in their customer service skills.
Corporate needs to move this guy up!

I just called this store and got some rude customer service, I still said thank you anyways when I was finished and the guy hung up the phone on me hella hard, they need to watch who they hire! Screw him

My Fiancé and I are in the market to replace her phone. She knows what she wants, she has her price point in mind, all we needed was a salesperson to ring up the order. Here’s how it played out… 6÷1÷2014 about 2:30pm
We walk into the store and see one attendant (Lead on duty) helping a customer. An associate comes out of the back and says in a very non inviting tone, Welcome to sprint, can I help you? Not in a very pleasant tone or manner. I point to my fiancé as she is the one buying a phone. She is browsing accessories and phone displays. The associate (Jason) then begins to ask questions, do you know what you want. She says yes the HTC OneM8. His customer service skills are horrible. His tone, his body language, his pants hanging off his ass, he had no clue he had the easiest sale of the day right in front of him, all he had to do was conduct himself in a professional manner. Not gonna happen… My fiancé tells me she isn’t feeling the vibe of this place, mainly because of the crappy service we are getting. We try to push through it…
So he goes to the back and gets the phone she requested, meanwhile she browses cases and accessories. He calls for her again in a rude tone. «Can you come up here please, so I can pull up your account?» I look up in disbelief thinking… who the hell is he talking to??? Jason asks for her name, she gives it to him, he asks for her phone number, she gives it to him… pause… he asks her name again… she gives it to him… he asks for her number… she gives it to him again. She then asks how much the phone she wants is… Jason replies, I don’t know, I think it’s $ 250, she says you think? Jason looks at his Lead and they kinda sorta halfway discuss both of them THINKING it’s $ 250. My Fiancé asks, you think its $ 250, are you sure? Finally the Lead springs into action and says to Jason, go grab one from the back and we can scan it. Jason does and as thought the phone was $ 250… transaction continues. Jason asks «what’s your name? AGAIN… after giving him her account info 3 times finally she is DONE… I look at her at her and say? You want to go, we can go to the mall and get this. She pauses, looks at Jason and says…“I…gotta go»
I walk up to the counter and tell Jason, just cancel this transaction… We now are headed to Fairfield to the mall… As we’re on 80E, I suggest how about Cosctco, don’t they sell Sprint phones, quickly she says or Best Buy… I say Best Buy it is!!! Same deal, she knows what she wants asks the associate and the service it easily 10x better than what we just left. We go through the motions until we hit a snag. The associate advises us that she isn’t eligible for an upgrade. She tells him how is that? We just came from the Sprint store? After a couple minutes of research, we discover that Jason @ Sprint, processed the transaction, her account was updated showing that she now has an HTC ONE M8. In disbelief and fuming pissed, we ask what can we do… the associate suggested calling Sprint or going back to the store… we decided to go back to the store since it was relatively close.
So after lunch, which was also a customer service nightmare, we head BACK to Sprint. We walk in and see Jason tending to someone else and the Lead is on the phone. The Lead greets us and asks if we have any questions. My fiancé replies Yes, do you remember us, we were in here earlier… he said yes, she tells him that she tried to purchase her phone somewhere else but her account showed that she already had the HTC. He replies, oh yeah, sorry about that. He (Jason) went to lunch, in the process our paperwork printed out… knowing that we didn’t complete the transaction the Lead, reversed the account before we had made it back to the store. I asked if we could get a receipt for proof to verify everything was back in order. It was… again we were in front of a salesperson, just waiting to spend money… do you think he tried to recover that failure of a transaction earlier NOPE! We were STILL ready to do business there as the Lead was much more customer focused. He fixed what he caught that was wrong, and although he didn’t address it immediately, he advised us of the mistake and assured us it was corrected. Since he didn’t try to close the transaction on his own, we let it go and went back to Best Buy… we ultimately got a great deal on the M8 and all in all we were pleased with the service provided at Best Buy, but as for this place, save yourself the headache, frustration and money, if this store were run by nothing but associates like Jason, it’ll be closed soon for lack of ability to complete even the simplest of transactions. Customer Service is the key to keeping customers returning, as for this place, NEVER AGAIN.

I had a problem with the speaker on my phone, the fellow at the store said they would try to repair it, 1 to 1 ½ hours would be the time involved. I said fine, here is my contact info; please give me a call when it’s ready. 2 hours go by, no call, I tried to call the store, my call just went to their store voice mail. I go back to the store & ask about my phone, the clerk tells me that it’s not fixable. I asked him why I didn’t get a call about getting my phone; I was told they were busy. No kidding, who’s not busy?
Bottom line, don’t jerk the customer around, have the decency to least let them know when their phone is ready to be picked up.
The staff seems to be friendly, but their lack of proper customer service skills warrants this review.

bottom line is this place is not a corporate sprint store so other than take money from you they basically cannot help you on anything. half of what they do ‘help’ you with they end up literally calling and talking to sprint, then hand you the phone to authorize stuff, you can do anything they can do here by yourself. they cannot access your account specifics or details, they never seem to have any of the gear in stock it always has to be ordered, etc.
i broke my phone and they didnt have a screen to fix it with. the person i dealt with smelled a sale and was less than helpful in any way. the came back the next day and was helped by the one competent person here, Gem. even though they still didnt have the screen she got me setup with a temp phone so i could at least be calling and texting, and i wound up decided to buy a new phone since i wasnt on the deffensive. Oh course they didnt have the one i wanted even though it was on display. after a four day overnight delivery i had to pay extra for, they had no protective cases in the store for my model of phone. Most of the people working here are clueless, every question i have i get ‘im not sure’s and ‘yeah i think so’s.
luckily there is now a corporate sprint location near the movie theatre in vallejo, no need to deal with middle men businesses. even going to best buy would be a much better choice ultimately.

The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because the staff was reasonably nice, and also saved me today from the equivalent of Vallejo’s own «Jerome’s in the House». Home-​skillet was on a serious high, yelling from here to calamazoo, had the whole crew on alert like he was going to take the whole store down. Then he starts talkin to me «Hey gurl… I see ya in your purple and ya matching Nikes on» (which are Adidas btw) «Ya look good, ya look real good».

Anyway one of the workers who was a tall, red haired, white guy who had apparently helped him earlier took it upon himself to escort him out of the store, but not before «jerome» had more to say to me but I dare not repeat those words!
If you are not getting a new phone or accessories don’t go into the store. Call customer service first. have your pin code ready… consider yourself officially warned!

Sean was amazing! My fiancé and I went in today to purchase 2 IPhone 4s and received Excellent Customer Service! We love our phones also! Thank You Sprint!

If i can give less than 1 star I would! The service sucks, I honestly think they don’t know the meaning of customer service. The sprint corporate store in Fairfield will even warn you not to go here, I didn’t listen so hopefully who ever reads this will… I brought my phone to be fixed 2 days in a row the 3^rd time they finally realized they should replace my Evo, they sent the wrong phone, now I’ve been waiting for a week for my phone and they have the nerve to have the attitude… lol. Do not go here they do not know how to fix issues or phones, go to Fairfield to the corporate center, its not worth compromising your time… Trust me
