Believe the hype, seriously. After some less than pleasant experiences at other vape shops, my expectations were pretty low, but this place is exceptional by any standard. Impressed all around, but the staff is what really sets this place apart.
As others have noted, the customer service is stellar. The team is professional, knowledgable and courteous-​complete opposite of the other shops where the scenester vibe/​vape or die mentality can be intimidating those of us not in the know. The staff to customer ratio is impressive and everyone I’ve encountered has taken the time to answer ALL of my many questions and made awesome recommendations.
The merchandise is authentic and well priced.
The juices are unique, delicious, well priced and I have yet to try one I don’t like. I seriously had to stop sampling because each one is better than the next and it’s hard to decide.
The space is impeccable and spacious.
I don’t know the details but I’ve only been a few times and I already earned a free juice so they must have a generous rewards program.
A true delight, this place is here to stay.

Staff is always friendly upon entry. House blends taste great, especially the honeydew. Always a pleasure coming here.

They don’t carry name brand juices, but their in-​house juices are A1. When you walk in, they all greet you, so it’s a pretty welcoming atmosphere. If you’re planning on quitting smoking, they show you starter kits that are a pretty decent price.

I just went in to check things out at this vape shop just because i was in the area. The counter guy just straight up mugged me and the staff isn’t friendly. They didn’t even greet me and my friends. I definetly do not recommend this dump of a place.

Why post store hours, when you’re only going to open and close when you want. Went out of my way to pick up some juice, says there open until 8:30pm, I guess they decided to go home at 6:00.

Really nice people running the shop. Just a heads up, of you want to get a larger quantity of juice, you do have to call in advance. All in all chill place with good prices.

Great shop, good selection of flavors. Their house blends are the best, and Banes Venom is one of the few juices I vape daily. Their mods and RDAs are pretty expensive, but battery, wire and cotton prices are average. I would give 5 stars, but they seem to have a hard time keeping their house blends in stock.

Never open at opening times, should change it to 1pm so countless people don’t go out of their way to find its closed still.

I’m going to write a more detailed review shortly as my iPhone battery is dying (let me write a god damn iPhone 6 plus review son of a bitch! It sucks! That’s another thing though) but omg. This place is great … The employees are super informative, friendly and great all around. Chris; and Victor (who claims he does not work here but I’m not convinced at all!) are just the best most informative little books of vape knowledge you could ever want! The sampling part is my absolute favorite though! That’s so cool you can do that! … Factor in there is absolutely not any pressure to buy any samples! Anyway I’ll return but this place is great! The guys are great! … And the best part? They do NOT make you feel like you’re wasting their time. or bothering them if you know absolutely nothing (such as myself) about vaping! Have you ever been somewhere and the employees make you feel like you’re wasting THEIR time? Incredibly awkward … Especially if you’re like prone to giving people back what they give to you and also happen to be a legit clinically diagnosed rageaholic? Wait what was I talking about? Yeah so basically if you don’t know wtf you’re doing … Or you’re the vape know it all and just getting parts this is the place to go. It’s named perfectly. Vapes-​R-​Us! LOVE THIS PLACE! Anyway I’ll be more Clinical on my review later as people complain about mine and my tendency to stray but this place is awesome. Quit smoking. Buy vapes and all the requirement shit here!

What kind of business doesn’t follow their own hours. Needed some parts and some e-​liquid so showed up at 8:10 pm. They were already closed! The hours listed on the front door said 12:30pm-8:30pm. Wasted time and gas for nothing. Definitely will not be coming back. Very unprofessional place.

This is my go to vapor shop! Everyone is friendly and knows what they are talking about. They have a nice selection of mods at decent prices. Their house blends provide a good balance between vapor and flavor. I’m all about flavor and what these guys are doing behind the curtains is magic. Right now my favorite juice is ice explosion, I also like jax and red bull. That last star has to do with box mods… All the employees are using them, every one of them has a nice looking box mod. Unfortunately, they almost never sell any. I’ve seen like 1 or 2 for sale since I’ve been going there. Mabey they just sell out fast and I don’t see them or they are more about mechs. Once I see more boxes I’ll give them that last star :) other than that everything else is great. The whole set up they have, the customer service, juices and mech mods. If you are in town, it’s worth the trip.

Was in there about a month ago, nice guys behind the counter, made a newcomer feel welcome. They were nice to me, professional and a straight ahead, no BS, no over the top sales bullshit. To the point, asked a lot of questions about what my preferences were and gave me a discount on top of it. Good selection of juices as well.

Customer service sucks! Went in twice and both times the kid that works there has attitude. I suggest y’all try some other shops before settling with these duds. They dont carry anything else but there juice so minus one star. They have poor customer service minus one star. If you ask to sample juice they dont have much ready minus 1 star. There shop sucks overall minus one star. Dont waste your time fellow vapors the 5 stars people leave are either there friends or beginners who dont know much. Try going to One Wicked vapor, Fairfield Cigar and Vape or a few cool shops in Napa.

Had some time to kill so I went to check out this shop. Unilocal says 11am they open. That’s not the case, 12:30 every day.
I will change the rating and review once I get a chance to go in.

I went here on July 26, 2014. The shop is clean. I don’t know how new the shop is, but it looks amazing. As long as you don’t mind vape smoke but why else would you be there?
They make their own juice, and that is also very good, could be a little cheaper but if you don’t mind paying a buck more then normal, for decent flavor and amazing smoke in a juice, and if you are still unsure your able to try all the juice for free without any wait at all.
The employees are super friendly and helpful, they know their stuff. I will be going back.
They have a huge selection of mods, atomizers, and every thing you need to make your own coils. They may seem a little pricey compared to the deals you can get online, but if you factor in shipping and waiting from online they are right on par if not a little cheaper.

A very knowledgeable crew! Also, no clones here. Everything here is the real deal.
They’ve been there for me every step of the way. From an entry level Genesis tank (thanks Francis) to my first RDA (thanks JJ) and from my first dragon build (thanks Ethan) to my first quad coil cotton build (thanks Chris), they’ve listened and answered all my questions and kept me from completely blowing my vape budget on things I didn’t need. These people keep me in the clouds!

I really wanted to get orange royal but they was completely sold out. Instead of telling me to get another flavor, they made it and brought it out for me. Really appreciate the great service. Looking forward to coning back when they store is fully running.
