We currently do not have propane on our property. We’re building a pool with a spa, constructing a gas fire pit, and installing a gas range in our kitchen, so we contacted Allinson Propane a few months ago to ask if they’d install a 500 gallon tank. They confirmed that they would install the tank, however when it came time to install the tank they indicated that it wasn’t in their best interest, and it wasn’t worth it to them. Thanks for leaving us high and dry Allinson Propane. I would not suggest their business to anyone looking for a reliable propane company.

I had service with allinson for quite a long time. When it came time to sell the trailer it was connected to and I needed them to pick up the tank there was still 35% left in the tank. They refused to reimburse me for the left over propane because they don’t have the proper equipment to weigh it accurately… seems messed up since they will probably charge the next customer for the propane I’ve already paid for… I would recommend valley center propane!!!

New to Allison Propane and recently made the change from another carrier. The other carrier was supposed to check our tanks at certain intervals but did not. After completely running out of propane when we were out of town, Allison was at our house within a half hour of calling them early on a Monday morning with an emergency tank to get us going again.
