Honey Bee Septic Service

Had them come out my moms house to remove waste, and the guy didn’t even clean out the tank completely. Two days later her tank was full and backed up, so we lifted the lid and found it full! Called them to come back out to finish the job and they said no way. $ 425 dollar wasted. Beware of these guys!

This company came to do a flush and certification of my septic system. They damaged my property and then refused to compensate me for the damage. I wouldn’t let them on my property again.

I am a Realtor and I used Honey Bee for my Buyers’ home to dig, pump, repair, and certify the septic, which hasn’t been serviced in decades. They were able to pull county records for the last time the home was serviced, located the tank effortlessly, worked with our budget to bring in heavy equipment to dig down over 5 feet deep, and pump. Amanda was MORE than helpful! Bryce and Josh worked efficiently and completed the job ahead of schedule, all in a days work. Thanks Honey Bee! My family has been using honey bee for years, so I called them up. Amanda wad very helpful over the phone and Aaron was very helpful when serviceing the tank. Very professional. Covered and sealed everything back up again afterwards. I will definitely be using them again.

Amanda was my contact at the office and she did a great job in scheduling the certification of my septic system. Todd was the onsite manager and did a super job of locating, digging, performing clean-​out, and certifying our system. All very timely to meet our escrow closure date.

I have used Honey Bee on several properties for Septic Pumping, Certification and a few different repair jobs.
One of my properties had an old fiberglass tank with several crack and a partial collapse on one side, Honey Bee came out pumped the tank, cleaned it out, trimmed back the encroaching roots and then crawled down inside the Tank and re-​fiberglassed the damaged area. I was very impressed with the work they performed.
Now in August 2014 I had honey Bee come out for some leech field repairs at this property many trees had been planted around the property and the root growth from those trees rendered most of the system useless. Jeff came out and laid out a new leech field and cured the problem. They showed up on time performed the work I requested and regraded my lot in the area they had worked. I was impressed not only with the work they did, but I really appreciate how well they cleaned up my yard when they finished!
I have always enjoyed working with Honey Bee for my septic problems, a few very simple reasons.
They show up on time, their price has always been reasonable for me, I feel they are honest. I have not had to question the quality of their repairs on any of the jobs they have done for me.
It is difficult to find companies with great integrity these days, these Guys have it.

Amanda has been such a huge help with several properties we have had inspected lately. She gets us on the schedule ASAP, she is very responsive and gets the job done in a timely manner. This company certified that my septic was in good shape when I bought my house last year. When I installed risers this month I learned he didn’t even open one cover let alone dig to the second cover (cement from original install was in place). Inside the tank was years worth of solids which could not have been there if he pumped the system out as their cert paperwork said. This company defrauded me and they are going to be talking to BBB, state Attorney, and San Diego County Health Depart. Their license should be revoked.

I was absolutely amazed at what «customer service» entails these days. The technician showed up and sold us on risers (installing rings around the hole) for our septic system in rancho sante fe. Next they proceeded to start the job. Next they held our yard hostage for another 450 $ to do a pumping even though it had just been done. Basically a used car salesman pitch… only they held our yard hostage for a week!!! Had to threaten to compain to the BBB!!! Stay away from these guys.

Let me just start out by saying if I could give this business negative stars I would. So here’s what happened we are selling our home and needed to have our septic tank pumped and inspected well this business was recommended by the buyers agent, so we went with them and boy were we wrong. So the technician came out and pumped the tank and said he «thought» the tank was collapsing but had to have his supervisor or repair team come out, at least this is what he told my wife so he said he would put in the work request for these people to come out but this never happened. When my wife called to schedule an appointment she was immediately told by the person who handles the phone calls that the tank needed to be replaced without the person coming to verify. We didn’t have time to wait on them so we had someone else certify it. So since this happened I called to try and get a refund which of course I’m the bad guy since I’m the first person ever to ask for something that wasn’t done. One thing is for sure the person handling customer care should not be interacting with people at all she was so very rude and even hung up on me. Once this was completed I tried 2 follow up phone calls and never received a return phone call. Again horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone.

Well first off, I am glad I don’t have a septic tank at my house. Since i’ve decided to follow in my mom’s footsteps, I need to search for these services in Real Estate. I called around to a few places, trying to find the best quotes out there. I spoke to Karen and have been communicating with her on the phone and email. She was great answering all my questions and working with me to get it certified for sale. They had the best price of the 4 places I spoke to. It was a total of $ 615. They also told me a number to call to see if the city has a map of the location of the septic tank. Some places will charge 200 – 300 just to find the septic tank!!! Honey Bee was the only place that offered the phone number to me. I thought that was so nice of them. They scheduled the dig and clean up. It was very simple and an easy transaction. They also found some damages to the septic tank which was understandable because it gets worn down over time and the seller had no knowledge of the condition of the tank since they acquired the property as a foreclosed home. Honey bee was able to fix it and then get us septic certified for the sale. I would definitely choose Honey Bee again in any future sales when we need service to septic tanks.
