We’ve been customers for almost 2 years now and have never had any issues with lightwave at all. We have 2 lines of service and have since signing on with them. One to support an Air Rave to boost our phone signal and the other to support a home office. In that time we have never had an outage or service issues whatsoever. I recommended to all my neighbors so my entire street are customers. Lightning fast speeds that supports online gaming, Netflix, and of course Internet services. No issues downloading documents of any size either. Thanks to all the folks at Lightwave for the continued great service through rhe years.

Simply The Best Service, I live in Pala and didn’t know who to get as an Internet provider every other service had limited data and with a very slow connection, until I heard about lightwave their connection is really fast and with no data cap, now my whole family is happy(specially my kids) If you live in a rural area Lightwave is your best choice

We have been with Lightwave Wireless for over a year now and have been very happy with the HSIA service. Yesterday we had a technical issue and Karen in accounting acted as a tech liaison. We rebooted the Modem and the router to no avail. She worked with the techs and the issue was resolved offsite. Thank you Karen for stepping out of the accounting role and into the Tech/customer liaison role. I would highly recommend Lightwave Wireless to all considering a Wireless HSIA solution in the rural San Diego back country…

They were okay for the first month or so but after some big winds the receiver got turned around and its been months that we’ve been trying to get their service department just to call us back to get up and appointment to fix it. Internet is useless in any peak hours and so slow its not even worth it.

We live out a rural area and for the longest time had no internet connection. Then we heard about Lightwave and we finally have internet service at our property! We are very happy with our internet service. It has been simple and easy process. We have no complaints on the service. I am also glad to be supporting a small local company in Valley Center. I do wish there was a way to pay the invoice online. However, I was told that they are working on that. In the meantime it isn’t too inconvenient to call them up and pay my bill over the phone. The customer service I have encountered has been friendly, accommodating and an overall positive experience.

We’ve been using Lightwave Broadband at our Office for a few months now and I will say that we are very happy we found them. It wasn’t hard to drop our previous connection, especially since it didn’t work! Based on where our office is located, our only other option was a medium to low tier of DSL or an exorbitantly priced T-1 that isn’t even as fast as what we have on Lightwave. Conveniently for us, we have good line of sight to one of their towers and we consistently get 25 Mbps down and 4 Mbps upstream with very low latency. Admittedly, I’m a computer person by trade, so I’m well aware of what’s good and bad in terms of speed. Compared to what we had, we have basically quadrupled our other service for a comparable price. As a company, Lightwave keeps it simple. Invoicing, installation and support is all local and personal, it’s quite different than the mega companies you’ve gotten used to. My understanding is that no matter what company you choose for your internet you are geographically limited based on where you live or operate. If you are in the large part of San Diego County that Lightwave covers and you are sick of the other companies that have names closer to the beginning of the alphabet like we were, give them a shot!

I would like to tell you my experiences with Lightwave Broadband have been good… but the problem is that their service drops out so often that I can’t post that comment. As long as you don’t want to watch Netflix, play an online video game, or upload your vacation photos to Facebook… this service is for you.
