Forever 21

No customer service what — so — ever.
When you walk into the store all the staff will do is look at you. I don’t understand it!.. maybe I’m just too big on customer service, but sheesh people smile! Every staff member in this store looks miserable.
The only reason why I give this store 3 stars is because of the fitting room lady. She was the nicest and gave the best customer service.
Only a portion of this store is clean. The messiest part would have to be the clearance stuff. there would hangers for days all over the floors, clothes shoved under racks, etc.
Thank god I’m an online shopper because this specific store is a let down.

I really love the store! It a nice size without being overcrowded and I love the selection of jewelry.

Well first off im such a frequent shopper at f21 and i must say they can give u the best bang for ur money but lately my visits to the forever21 in NY green acres mall has been absolutely HORRIFIC. wen shopping i kno how much of a bother it is to run around and show people things they want but seriously this one assosiate was being so rude to me. i mean the leggings are scattered all over i just needed the direction and she acted like i asked her to hang all my tried on clothes out. but that isnt y i decided to review. So i got a few cute pieces and headed over to the cash register and i see this cute and cheap eyeshadow pallette so i try it cause u kno 5 bucks isnt that much for a huge pallette (palatte was ok but not the problem) the woman cashing my clothing was so rude not a smile on her face. the register was wrong and diddnt mark a skirt down although the tag stated differently and the assosiate went into suer bi**h mode. she then man handled my eye shadow palatte and it broke after i paid. Cmon F21 do sumthing here. she diddnt even say sorry. the palatte was the only one i saw so i still took it but this woman serious needs an attitude adjustment. does she not know how to treat a human being? i Did stay calm after all she was much bigger than me im only 18. but my shopping experience has always been terrible. i Dont think i will ever be going back to the stores there. I MUCH RATHER SHOP ONLINE

I really like the layout of the store and they’ve got quite a few pieces that are nice but I have to say, you win at jewelry 21 because I finally found the owl necklace that I was looking for! Lines are a killer though. Not cool.
