Orzac Center Extended Care & Rehabilitation

My grandmother was here in March and she loved it which is why she wanted to come back here for recovery. However I went to visit her on her first day and she was hysterically crying. I asked what happened and she told me she was calling for 45 minutes for someone to help her use the restroom and no one came to help. She also asked for an egg sandwich for dinner and the CNA told her she had to call the diner herself, so she did. The diner never sent up any dinner for her so she went to sleep starving and they gave her insulin. You can’t give a patient insulin and no food! Terrible service on the second floor. Extremely disappointing. The first floor is WAY better and respectful.

Absolutely horrible place!!! Horrible nursing staff, horrible food, horrible everything! You will not find a worse place than this.

Excellent care. The people here are terrific. Recovering and receiving physical therapy after and accident and orthopedic surgeries.
