Sure Check Home Inspection

My fiancé and I were in desperate need of a home inspector to inspect the house we were signing a contract on to buy. Our attorney told us this needed to be done before we signed the seller’s contract, which was due in 48 hours.
I called a number of inspectors (I wanted one who was also an engineer) to see if they could make the deadline. That’s when I came across John at Sure Check. John walked me through the process from start to finish and even scheduled an appointment after hours (on a Friday no less) to help us meet our deadline.
My fiancé followed John around for two hours while he looked at every nook and cranny in the house. He talked my fiancé through everything he saw that was great, and some of the things that were not so great.
What’s more is John went above and beyond to ensure we made our deadline by sending the FULL ultra detailed report to us just a few hours after the inspection.
