TEK-​GENIE was founded in 2010 by Jasmine after over 10 years in technology services. The company has always focused on providing computer and networking services to small businesses and residential customers,.

On a trip to South America in late 2012 with her husband Rashied, both Jasmine and Rashied broke their smartphones. After coming back to New York and finding out replacement phones would cost us over $ 400, we decided to expand our business to repairing mobile phones.

We know how much it hurts when your precious phone or tablet is broken. We use the best quality parts and skilled workmanship to make sure it works as well as when it left the factory.
