Touch of Class Collision

As a single woman, after getting advice from my son and son in law, I went to Touch of Class and I’m glad I did. I had a few hits and minor dents in the back bumper that I got when someone hit me and ran and a scrape I did myself. Well, I can honestly say the car looked like it came right off the lot brand new!!! Completely washed inside and out. The car was PERFECT!!!
4 stars because the price went from up from original price when I walked in to went I walked out after the car was done by a significant amount. (Probably taxes; Less than $ 100). Partly my fault for not asking enough questions. But sometimes it pays to pay a little extra for the professionalism and hospitality. The offered to drive me anywhere after I dropped the car off. All the guys said hello. Coffee ready… Megan called as she said she would the next day and the car was READY ON TIME!!! It was a pleasure to deal with them. Thanks Touch of class!!! Thanks Gabe!!!

]I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that was vandalized on the passenger side. State farm, my insurance company decided to take their time inspecting the vehicle and it turned out they were out of NYS regulation guidelines. I was impressed that the shop defended my rights as a consumer/​customer, but was even more impressed with how my vehicle was repaired. The staff at Touch of Class Collision was nothing but 1^st class to me. Interacting with Gabe, Matt, and Meghan was easy and convenient. Gabe was nothing but kind and personable as he answered all and any questions I had. Meghan and Matt were informative in keeping me up to date regarding the status of repairs. From Day 1 Gabe & Matt explained to me the repair process and they exceeded those expectations. I got my car back in PRISTINE condition as the interior and exterior was detailed. The paint work matched the rest of the car 100%. I was thoroughly impressed. I continue to utilize their services should I need to, but refer them to friends and family as well. Also too, you need stop by to meet Duffy, the shop dog!

My 2002 Camry XLE had damage consisting of rust, lots of nicks and scratches, and minor body damage. I went to 3 local collision shops and received quotes that were way out of my economical range. I reluctantly walked into this shop feeling that it would be a waste of time, however I was greeted by, I believe Hank, who was very pleasant and gave me a good quote. I told him I was on a fixed income and just wanted necessary repairs done to eliminate further rust and look decent enough. He talked to Gabe, the owner, and Gabe came over and gave me a great quote. I went in their office and was greeted by Megan, who was very sweet and accommodating, as she handled my paperwork. On my way out I inquired about what I could use to shine up my very dull, nearly brown headlights. I was told not to worry about it. When I picked up my car I could not believe that my car looked so good. The paint matching was excellent and the damage was gone. They painted both my mirrors and a quarter panel, shined my headlights and made them look like new. My car was cleaned, inside and outside, air freshener added, and tires shined. They even gave me some touch up paint. This shop is a hidden secret. They are friendly, appreciate all business, and do QUALITY work. I am a 55 yr. old single woman and I highly recommend this shop. Even their cute dog was friendly. Kudos to this shop.

After all these years using body shops, I finally was turned on to the best Long Island has to offer. Gabe, the owner was so helpful it made the experience! Got my car in the time promised and they even detailed it so it looked GREAT! A nice touch, they put a small bottle of touch up paint on the console in the event it would ever be needed… and it will… I will recommend this shop to my friends in their time of need!

Touch of Class is the best! They are very professional, keep you updated on the status of your car and want you to be completely satisfied. I have been here three times in the past 15 years and each time could not be happier with the outcome. I used to live in Valley Stream but have now moved and just recently brought my husband’s car here when it was hit while parked. Gabe was great and the car looks like it was never even hit! Highly recommend.

By far one of the smoothest auto repair experiences I have ever had. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They gave updates on when the car would be ready and did a great job with the repair leaving it like new.

To some it up in one word professionalism. They care for you car as if it were there own. I would recommend there services to any one. They did such an outstanding job the first time someone crashed into my car that they next time something happened it was absolutely a no brainer who to call. In fact there number was stored in my phone. When in doubt go with these guys… Gabe will take very good care of you!
