The ladies here are the best! They treat Blanchie like a little king. They are so loving and I couldn’t pick a better place to go.
Now, the parking is kinda always full. Hard to find a place to sit on the shade on a hot day. It is in a strip mall so you gotta know that will happen. But all in all it is a great place to get your baby groomed.

I absolutely love it! It was my first time here and they were super sweet. They love their doggie clients just as much as us owners. I knew he was good hands with them! I love that the dogs aren’t put in kennels and they get to be free with the other pups. They do all the work right in front of your eyes and i can see they care of all the dogs so well. My pup was scared at first but they made him feel safe and welcomed. When I came back he was laying on the doggie bed with a few other cute furries and he looked so handsome! Im so excited I found them because I’m definitely bringing my baby back. I will be recommending this grooming salon to all my friends!

And the most important thing, they do not hide the dogs in the back so you can never know what’s going on,
Everything happens in front of your eyes and they even have a playground for all the doggies while they waiting for their haircut and bath
I recommend all dogs owner from the bottom of my heart to come here because I know everybody wants their dog to be treated like family
So if you have a dog you NOT going to be disappointed .

This place is fantastic. This is the equivalent of a mom and pop grooming shop. Manay is so nice and wonderful with my dogs.
I use to take them to chow bella — then stopped after I heard a few horror stories. Then I went to Bone Sweet Bone and they were fine.
My husband suggest I try this place to see if the prices were better than Studio City. The price is a better AND she is wonderful. My dogs love her.

I love this place! I was greeted with a smile, the girls are so nice and welcoming. I took my dog Sunny in for full grooming, I’m very picky about his hair cut. They listened in detail to what I wanted and did an amazing job. I’m very impressed!
This place is small, but cute and clean. I like that as you walk in you could see the dogs being groomed and being treated with love. When I called I was able to get a next day appointment, which was great.
I will definitely be coming here every 6 weeks :)

We recently rescue our boy Jax and he could be handful when getting groom. The ladies at proud pets boutique are phenomenal! They knew that because he’s a rescue he may be a little difficult to work with but that didn’t stop them from giving him the best grooming experience. I also love it that they don’t keep the dogs in a cage and are free to roam around. We will definitely be coming back!

I was here today on a Tuesday and didn’t have an appointment but I called beforehand and they made room for me which was great!
When I got there I was greeted and they took my puppy in right away, I love how their not cages up the pets are there with one another and play with each other. It’s nice and pink, and all the girls are friendly.
They make sure you wash your dog only as necessarily and my Mish was super happy leaving there and his haircut was so nice and silky!
Will be back again.

This place is the ONLY place we bring our four dogs! Whether it’s just a nail trim or a full body cut, we’re always pleased and happy with the results– The ladies are amazing. Kind, and caring… we LOVE that they support rescues and foster dogs– We’re always recommending them to our clients and friends!!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
I was looking at my Chihuahua’s nails and saw that they were starting to curl in. I didn’t want them to dig into his paw, so I started calling groomers to see if they could do it on such short notice 2:00pm on Saturday. Proud Pet was able to do it! I called 3 other groomers before I called Proud Pet.
You can totally tell that the staff loves dogs. The lady that greeted me, I think is the owner, was so sweet. I was immediately greeted when I entered. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was also very friendly and sweet. She told me that they were busy, but asked what I needed done. I told her that I just needed a nail clipping. She said I could come in anytime and would gladly do it.
I actually have been in the plaza before to eat at Noodle Monster. There are a bunch of little shops in this center, so the parking can be packed. I was able to get a spot on Saturday at 3:30pm.
There were already quite a few dogs there. I imagine Saturday is one of there busiest days. All the dogs were so happy to see my 2 dogs. They all looked clean and well groomed.
The shop is not big, but it’s nice. They have a little section for boutique items. They have a middle section that is gated where the little dogs wait for their owners. I saw a total of 4 people working inside.
They didn’t charge me to clip my big dog’s nails because they only clipped 3. They just charged me for my chihuahua’s. The price for nail clipping is very fair $ 10. They also told me that I can just file the nails in a week to maintain them.
The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend coming here.

Very happy I took the Unilocal reviewers’ advice and went to this grooming salon. We just moved to CA and my pugs needed a bath and nail trim. Since they are still a little stressed out from the trip, I just took one of my pugs Ramona to get a bath and nail trim. She is elderly and deaf so I always worry about her. The ladies were amazing, so kind and patient, and FAST — they were done with her in less than an hour and she looks and smells great. Prices are Midwest-​reasonable! We are going back later this week with with my other pug.

They were so good to my dog here! Very accommodating to my schedule and took him in that day. The shop owner is really nice and you can tell she loves all the dogs that come in. All the dogs are kept in a little fenced in area (they separate the big and small ones) while they wait for their cut (or to be picked up). This is so much better than being cooped up in a cage for hours. When I picked him up he seemed so much more relaxed as opposed to the usual anxiety he gets at the groomers.
They also left him looking handsome as heck and smelling amazing :) So happy I found this new groomer for my little Winston, and I definitely recommend this place!

I was a regular at Bone Sweet Bone on Ventura, but a friend told me about this place. It’s within walking distance from my house, so I brought my poodle mix in because he was super shaggy and matted…
The first thing the owner told me was my dog had allergies and to switch his food to a non-​poultry food. Then she assured me she would use all-​natural aloe and/​or oatmeal soap on him. She told me they’d call when they were done, but they’re having a doggy birthday party and he could stay and play as long as he wanted!
Whe I came to pick him up, she put a medicated spray on his itchy back and on his paws, and a nail clip. My pup does not like his paws touched, but the staff was so good and gentle with him!
I got a $ 5 discount on a bath, haircut, a 2^nd bath, nail clip, medicated spray… and I think they brushed his teeth, too… all for a grand total of $ 45! I actually asked if that was the right price, because I usually pay $ 57 for a bath, cut, nail clip, and teeth brushing.
The owner and staff are very sweet, and are very good with the dogs! I will definitely be back!

Talk about leaving impressed! I took my baby coco here for her first haircut and absolutely loved it. As soon as I walked in the placed smelled beautiful, not even a hint of smelly dogs lol. The ladies working the front desk were sweet and really informative. Did I mention they’re rates are reasonable?
Anyways after I walked out I immediately started to miss my dog (I’m a sucker I know). Within an hour of dropping her off I got a phone call saying she was ready for pick up. As soon as I came back I saw my baby looking better than ever with the cutest bow possible on. She smelled amazing, her nails were perfect, overall she looked great. They literally got it right on the first try! I recommend this place to anyone who needs a good grooming for their pet! I’ll definitely be back! Oh yeah and will post picture of adorable yorkie!

I have been looking for a good groomer for my baby shadow. He is 1yr old. I read the reviews on Unilocal and was like okay let me check it out. I brought him on Saturday and I explained to them that he has seizures and my mom and I showed them what to do in case he has one and the lady was very respectful and she payed attention. She told me that she would take more caution with him because of the seizures. I really appreciated that because other places don’t care.
The other thing I really liked about this place was they don’t put the dogs I cages, they let them stay in the back. It’s good because when dogs are in cages they look so sad. I hate seeing my dog so sad.
Thank you so much for taking care of my beautiful shadow. He looks wonderful!!!

Are you kidding me? Maybe you need to refresh YOUR memory. I specifically told you I DID NOT WANT his entire body shaved. I said that when I called to set up the appointment and twice when I dropped him off. When I picked him up there were dogs in your shop, I wasn’t about to take him out of his carrier around dogs. On top of that, what changes were you going to make at that point? Glue his fur back on?
On top of that, you are still refusing to acknowledge that his whiskers were cut while he was at your shop.
On the phone you also called to argue with me for 15 minutes telling me that «hundreds of other people get that cut and are happy with it» Great for them, but that’s not what I asked for and was very very specific with you. Clearly my mistake for thinking you understood and bringing my cat to you.
