I am a new customer and I highly recommend them. I got an estimate from a nationally advertised computer repair service and then heard some bad reviews from friends and decided to shop around. My laptop died and unfortunately I did not back it up. The Click Source was successful in transferring the data from my old hard drive to my new computer.
They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They also have several refurbished computers for sale and I will be going back to look for a new desktop soon.

I tried to reinstall Windows on my computer using a restore disk that came with it. The computer was not able to read the disk and run the program. I then tried reinstalling Windows from a Win7 Pro DVD that also came with the system. It installed, but left me without drivers for my ethernet card, video card, and a few other things. Most of the time I can sort my tech issues myself, eventually. But, it was Sunday morning, and this is my main workhorse computer so this was not good.
I found Click Source on Unilocal,and called. Was able to bring my computer in and they got it fixed and all drivers installed from the net in about an hour. On Sunday! and for a very reasonable price. Great service. Next time I need tech help, I know who to call. Tanjooberrymud!

Love these guys! And yes, as another reviewer mentioned, Tom, is the best. I run auctions for a small independent elementary school on the Westside and they have helped us for more than a handful of years and I can’t imagine doing it without them! Thanks Clicksource!

Finally I’ve found a reliable place for my computer needs! Cool, nice and knowledgeable people ready to help. They went a couple of extra miles for me re installing programs I thought I had lost for good. Very good prices as well

I’ve been coming to these guys for about 5 years and have been happy w/​the service. They’re nice, pretty prompt and seem realistic about their repair quotes. The last dude i used to bring my stuff to always quoted low and then as he got into the repair jacked it up. I hate when mechanics do it or anybody. Just tell me the truth-​i can handle it.

What I like most about these boys is they fix the problem quickly at minimal cost, and do not try to finagle more work than you need. They give great money-​saving advice, suggest solutions beyond their service, and they do not befuddle lesser minds. Very reasonable and quick.

They just fixed my external hard drive. It turned out to be the enclosure and not the drive itself.

My computer was DEAD. I figured after 6 years that I probably just needed to replace it but it was a high end Dell and thought I’d check out getting it repaired. But could I trust the repair place?
At first I thought I’d just upgrade windows and be fine but I continued to have problems and Richard and Matt were marvelous. They persevered and I feel like I have a brand new computer again!
When I got home, after we replaced the dying hard drive, I had some questions. I called Richard and Matt and they remotely went on my computer to help me at no extra cost.
I strongly recommend Click Source! I’m a bit of a high maintenance customer and they answered all my questions and were smart, kind, and patient. It really makes sense, if you have a good computer, to repair instead of replace. I know you can trust the good people at the Click Source.

I don’t know what other people here complaining about, but I felt that I really benefited by dropping off my laptop here. So, basically my notrbooks power port was acting strangely lately — the power to the battery was on and off indicative of loose connection. So I ordered a part off eBay and decided to do it myself. In the past i have done couple of minor repairs to the notebooks but i guess over years HP made laptops consumer proof. I found a video of my models DYI tear down and it was so complicated. Moreover it was like 32 minutes long. So I figured instead of doing it myself for 2 – 3 hours i better off letting a pro do it for me. Click source fixed and the price was reasonable. Well at least it was less than my hourly rate :).

Tom and the rest of the lads rule! Super quick and efficiently done, my computer now runs at lightning speed. I have had a bad experience with one of Click’s competitors and I am really glad that I found this office so close to my house. Would recommend their services to anyone.

This place came highly recommended by a coworker. I was disappointed.
My laptop is relatively new, but I am NOT tech savvy at all. I simply needed MS Office installed as when I attempted it I received messages that there was preexisting software on my computer that needed to be removed first, bla bla. I procrastinated doing anything and finally thought, I’ll let an expert do this. I also wanted to make sure I had proper virus protection in place and for them to «clean up» whatever needed cleanup. They said it shouldn’t need to be ‘defragged,’ and should be a simple fix. I don’t have much of a budget so $ 50 was acceptable to me to pay.
When I picked it up I was informed that «it took longer than expected» and they were going to charge me $ 75. The gentleman who I spoke to at pick-​up had no other information for me. We attempted to call the man who actually worked on my computer but couldn’t reach him, I asked if he could call me so that I could know exactly what was done — never got a phone call. The invoice gave no specifics, no description whatsoever of the work performed.
Other than having my MS programs installed, there didn’t seem to be any difference in my computer. I had a friend come over to help me who showed me that they put another virus protection on but did not remove two OTHER security programs (which they should have done as multiple ones are not necessary) and that is why my computer was so slow. I still could not open my «Internet Explorer» browser because of the multiple virus protection programs being in place.
My friend ran some scans, uninstalled the virus protection programs and it was THEN that my computer ran normally, Explorer worked fine and the speed of my computer improved. All of this took under an hour.
I felt foolish to have spent $ 75 to have MS Office installed as that is all that Click Source really did for me.
My primary complaint with them is that there was NO communication, NO information as to what was done, WHY they charged what they did, etc. That’s not good business in my opinion. Communication is key and while the two different people I spoke to were quite pleasant, Click Source did not resolve my issues to my satisfaction, I will not go back and I will not recommend them to anyone.
