Bed Bath & Beyond

I loved the fact this was so close to home, always had wonderful expierences until one day… My son and I (my son has long hair, is 4, and refuses to cut it lol) were shopping and the isles are small, so there was a ladder right in his little path and while I was looking at the comforters, he climbed up about three steps, and this worker comes rushing over and says, she has to get off of there and looks at his spiderman clothes and says he well whatever, so in short she looks at my son says she has to get off there… he… whatever… saying whatever meaning whatever he was… women you just called my son a whatever it took all the class I had in me not to hit her. I said oh really a whatever and she instantly turned red and I said how professional and immediately left nice professionalism you can have a bad day or just be plain rude but if you can’t keep rude disrespectful snide comments to yourself then keep your mouth shut!!! They lost my buissness and now that I told family and friends thiers too!!!

So the store may be a little small… however, their customer service was amazing! I recently came here to create a registry and the representative walked us around the store, explained what items we may miss, explained the differences in products and generally, was incredibly helpful! Yes, there are bigger Bed Baths in Chicago, but I came out here with my family and I am glad I did. Thank you Bed Bath for treating us so well!

This store is ridiculously too small and heaven help you if you need to use a cart there. The aisles are so small that 2 people (especially with carts) cannot pass each other. Maybe that’s why I felt like a mouse in a maze on a busy Saturday there. Women going in all directions trying to avoid one another and waiting to shop in the same areas. Remember Pac-​Man? As soon as I would get settled in to check out a possible purchase someone would come up behind me (like the Pac-​Man ghosts). It was horrible.
Plus buying a unit with such little square footage and having so much stock produces the problem of where it all must go… apparently UP!!! Had I been 8′ tall it would have made shopping here much easier.
Ask an employee… hmmmm! Nah! These employees were so unprofessional. Standing around laughing and flirting. They were talking about how drunk they planned on getting at some social event. A public workplace is not the time or place for that. A lesson in how to present ourselves when on the floor would be wise.
I left and went home to order everything I needed (which was a lot-​their loss) online.
