Very disappointed. Badly organized and not going back again after last appointment wasn’t even on the books upon arrival. Not even a sorry… They had called ME to schedule it too.

If we could give less than 1 star, we would! If you ever consider this dentist, make sure you get everything in writing! My wife was referred by a client who paid a specific price for a crown. My wife gave them that info when she made the appt. We arrived 30 min early and my wife was taken in for xrays 15 min after her appt time. We then waited with an assistant for the Dr. When my wife asked the young lady what her credentials were, she said that Dr. Reid trained her «his» way because they really didn’t teach the right things in school! That should have been a warning! When Reid came in, he looked at the xrays. When we told him that we were referred and what his other client had paid, he said that he would punch the info into his program and see what the price was. Wow! Doesn’t he know his own pricing? It seems like this office likes to play pricing games! When we started questioning the pricing, Reid AND his receptionist got a bit defensive. They insisted that our friend’s price was due to her discount plan. When we spoke to her after we left Reid’s office, she told us she had no such plan. We left after paying $ 130 for a few minutes of Reid’s time and the xrays. After calling a number of other dentists, my wife called Reid’s office back and asked for HER xrays. She was told that the xrays don’t belong to her and she could get them for another payment! When my wife questioned this, she was told that’s the way they do business! I guess they must need the money pretty desperately to use these types of tactics. We are far from being done with this deceptive, manipulative office. BEWARE of their non disclosure tactics,
