Smokes BBQ

I was on my way to the Auction and I saw a BBQ sign at the produce stand that is well known in Valrico. I stopped in and ordered some ribs and some baked beans and of course some Banana Pudding! Let me tell you the food was amazing!!! also the couple that was running the BBQ, was catering to me like it was a five star restaurant. Great portions great food Great service… I WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!

I was looking for a good BBQ Place near Valrico, and followed the smell of the wood smoke to this place.
It is a BBQ Trailer located right on the Collins Produce vegetable market property, at the corner of St Cloud and Hwy 60.
I have been there 3 times now, and all the BBQ was excellent. The white meat chicken was juicy, and not all dried out, and the pulled pork and ribs are to die for. The potato salad was good, but the baked beans were not my favorites.
Prices are very reasonable, and portions are large. You will do well to eat it all at one sitting.
This is a take out only BBQ place, but there are picnic tables to sit at, if you want to eat your Bar B Q outside.
I met the owner, who told me they also do BBQ Catering, and that is how he got his start in the Bar B Q business.
They are only open on weekends from 11 am till 7 pm, or they run out of food. It is by far the best BBQ I have had in the Valrico Florida area.
I would call to make sure they still have ribs or chicken at 813 477 7537 because as more people are learning about them, they have been known to sell out of racks of ribs, etc, etc.
