Brian, owner of Virtual IT group is great! I have been an Apple/​Mac guy for some time. However, I have a clinic with multiple users, desk tops, lap tops and tablets and my practice software will only work with PC’s. Brian was able and continues to make sure that all of them stay protected from any malicious software i.e. viruses, malware, trojans, etc and not one of them has crashed since he started monitoring them. I highly recommend Brian if you want to make sure your data and hardware remain safe and sound… an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

I had two painfully slow laptop computers that I took to Virtual IT group. Brian Truman, the owner, took them, cleaned them up, and made them work for me again! One of my computers literally took me 45 minutes to log onto. Now less than a minute! I am very pleased with the customer service, results and price that I paid to make my computers run smoothly again. He also advised me on some measures I could take to protect my data as well as things we could do to better use our MS 360 subscription to make my team more efficient and better able to quickly and easily share data. I highly recommend this service for small business owners who need IT support but can’t afford to bring an IT specialist on staff! Brian knows his stuff and takes excellent care of his customers. I am taking my personal computers to him next week so that I don’t lose the valuable family pictures I have stored on them.

I highly recommend Brian and Virtual IT Group for your business. Brian is the only IT professional I recommend for my clients because of his service and SMB IT solutions. If you have a new location and need someone to set up your network, give him a call and let him design an IT solution for you. If you have been with the same IT company for years, paying monthly for managed services and you never hear from your vendor it is time give Brian a call. Give him an opportunity to submit an RFP and you won’t be disappointed.
