3D in Van Nuys. Is the best place to get what you need for your auto detailing business hands down. every time I go there every one is so helpful and knows there stuff. I love sitting and talking with ED the owner he is the best. Thanks guys anybody who need the stuff for there auto detailing needs this is the place.

This store took me by surprise!
I realized I had an eye for clean cars when I got my Mercedes CLK320. Ever since I’ve developed a passion for what car care quality is, I was looking for a car detailing shop and was racking my brain to search for one. I came across 3D Products website and saw they were less than 20min from my house. I went in the store and thought I died and went to detailers heaven, lol! This place has everything you need to get you car back to showroom quality! Their staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have about taking care of a car.
If you ask about their seminars they will put your name on a list and give a call the day before.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The car wash chemicals, washers and waxes are super generic. You can get them at any professional detail shop. However at other detailing supply stores you will get actual customer service. Let me give you an example, I just showed up there 20 minutes before they’re supposed to be closed and they would not let me in. As opposed to the guy opening the door and saying we closed early today sorry, he completely and totally ignored The fact that anyone was at the door. You can just go to «best supreme wash supplies» (in reseda) and get all the products you need there at a better price with actual customer service. This is the second time I’ve had customer service issues with the store. The other time that I actually made it inside they acted like salespeople and just kept telling me to buy things that were unnecessary. At the other detailing shop the guy went through the process with me, gave me full and detailed instructions, and didn’t try to sell me things that I do not need. The prices are lower at the other shop as well.

Nice place, Good Service. They have a large variety of accessories and whatever you need for car detailing. kind of pricey though but high end tools and stuff they sale. Overall great experience !

The worlds greatest car store! This beats any other place that you may even think of going to. I went here because I had a scratch on my car, he came out the store looked at what I needed brought the materials showed a little demo. The workers know what they are talking about and have great personalities. Long story short go here !!!

These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable about all the different products they sell. Every retail store should take notes how these guys do business. Keep up the good work.

This place has everything you need. My detailer turned me on to this shop. The products are high quality and the HD products are really HD.
I’m impressed by how polite the sales people are, and if you’re not sure what your talking about they don’t minimize you for not knowing but help you find what you need.
I just wish they were open later on Saturdays and open till 1 or 2pm on Sundays.
I am so glad there is a quality place to get my stuff for my car.

I’ve been in and out of this place a few times now and what I can say is that the consistency of great customer service is outstanding. Really great vibes from all of the workers, and they all go above and beyond to accommodate and make sure you understand what you’re getting. I love it. Whether you are new to the business or a veteran they treat you right. Today I had some questions about a compound and a waterless wash system and instead of just telling me to read the label an employee (Eddie) took the bottle and a towel and went outside with me to show me what it actually would to on my car. He took the time and did a demo of a fee different products for me and really earned my business. From the first time I came in and still to as early as this morning I am so thrilled with the experience! Couldn’t recommend it enough and I will keep coming back for the service and the prices. :)

I like to say this is truly a (one stop shop,) not like other places with terrible attitude towards customer, they have everything in stock and they won’t give you the runaround, And try to make you buy unnecessary stuff, and they carry a high selection of orbital buffer and they carry all the pads for their buffers, and they have a great points rewards program more you spend the more you get back, the big ticket. Is this place has seminar every Wednesday they show you how everything in the shop work, they show you how to use rubbing compounds polishes, wax sealers and how all the different pads work. And also how to do scratch removal on black cars and they know how to answer your question because they will work with the products they sell, and they know how to use the machine not like other places that are just trying to sell you stuff .and for anybody trying to learn the detailing trade, 3d has a detailing Academy, there’s always room to grow in this field pick up pamphlet and check it out.

Thank God we finally have a legit detailing supply store without needing to go waaaaaay outside of the valley to Gardenia, La Mirada, etc.
Picked up some ⁷⁰⁄₃₀ microfibers, a caddy, and some wheel brushes. Real friendly staff and they’re one till 6pm now. I’ll be back for sure!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received fro this company– the owners wife has no customer service skills. I challenged her on their product, waffle towels. I was trying to return towels that I purchased, the towels kept leaving lint on my customers glass. I asked her to use one of there brand new towels to see if they leave lint & she refused. I was frustrated with her because she wasn’t listening, so I told her can she return the towels to the manufacturer– again she said no. I told her that she can keep the towels and I don’t want her business any more. In shock she grabbed the towels and threw them in my truck. If been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this is how I’m treated. I will never recommend them or conduct any business with them anymore– Reds Express mobile Detail

Love coming to 3D. I’m here a few days out of the week and I don’t get tired of it! I sort of see it as the Toys R Us of auto detailing. They have everything you could ever need for a detail and then some! The prices are awesome and the service is some of the best I’ve had at a detail shop. They have rewards points for the customers that spend good money, they’re helpful with any questions you could have about any chemical or product inside the store, and they’re very friendly! This is how you run a shop!

As soon as I came in I was immediately helped out by an employee. I was ready to take my next step with auto detailing and I honestly made the right step by coming into 3D. Ed the owner took great care of me on handling my needs and set me up with the appropriate equipment to get a show car finish. They gave me multiple options of buffers and let me try them out so that I can choose the one I liked most. Ed even did my hood to that I could learn the proper technics in waxing and buffing. I was very satisfied with the customer service and products here. 3D makes you really feel like family and understand that special bond we have with our cars. I highly recommend this place to anyone and you can take my word that they won’t disappoint. I will definitely being coming here from now on.

I’ve been buying all my product from 3d for over a year. They are by far one of the top detail supply shops in Los Angeles. I’m also a big HD fan. 3D is the only place you can get High Definition products other than online. The staff at 3d in Van Nuys are all very knowledgeable and very professional. Ed, the owner, he treats every customer like they are family. It is obvious to me that what he is doing isn’t just work but it is his passion!

I’ve been coming to this place for a while now and these products never disappoint. I’m very pleased with the quality. You’ll see for yourself once you use them. The epoxy wax works amazing. Their staff is always there to help you.

My bro just bought his challenger and again Eddie and 3D came through, he set him up with everything he needed at unbeatable prices. I definitely recommend this place for any car wash needs, I bring all my friends here.

Edgar (owner) and his wife have the best customer service. I’m not in the car wash business, but they treated me like a long time customer when it was my first time there. I was given instructions on how to remove swirl marks and a few scratches from my wife’s car. I was even told to call them if I had any other questions while I was working on the car. I bought quite a few 3D products and I’m confident that they will bring back the new look to my cars. I will keep everyone posted after I try their products.

I used the recommended products to remove dog scratches on my wife’s 2013 Lexus ES350 and the results were amazing. I posted a before and after picture on Unilocal so everyone can take a look of my first professional detail with the help of Edgar who explained to me the process while at his store. BTW, the after picture is the result after only wet sanding (2,000 grit) and compounding with a dual action buffer.
