Great fast and friendly service! I was in and out in less than five minutes. CASH ONLY! $ 10 for the notary signature I needed!

First: This place is very hard to find. You have to find a random door along a row of stores that says «6211» on it and just decide to open it and see what’s inside. What’s inside is a blank staircase. Okay so now, venture up and see where it takes you. Finally, a sign for «California R&I» with an arrow pointing down a hall!
Now, once I was able to locate the spot, Robert informed me that I was 2 hours early for our appointment (which was incorrect, he just wrote it down wrong) but agreed to see me anyway. He has a comforting spirit but he didn’t explain to me what was going on at all. Simply told me where to sign and stamped his seal. So I just kind of had to assume that all was a-​okay.
Would visit again, though, due to the speed, efficiency, and price ($ 10 per document seems super reasonable).

After making it 50 years without ever needing a notary, I needed six different things notarized over the course of six months. This was fast, easy, professional and about as seamless as I can imagine.

This tiny cozy place is by the corner, beside the now-​closed Outlaw Café, right across the Van Nuys post office. Metered street parking is available all over the block, bring quarters! I parked at approximately 4:30 PM and did not have any difficulty finding a spot. I called ahead and spoke to Tammy (hope I spelled her name right) and she was very helpful and informative so that by the time I got to the place, the transaction went smoothly. Robert is the official notary and was very fast, thorough, and effecient, not to mention funny and quite a character, I could already tell from the 5 or so minutes that I was there for a notarized affidavit of loss. This was a great and stress-​free experience. Thanks Tammy and Robert!
