American Reliable Windows & Doors

David and Chris of ARW installed Milgard windows at my home in early Feb 2016 and they did the job to perfection. They didn’t leave a single scratch on the walls, and no cleanup was necessary after they left. They’re prompt and extremely courteous – real professionals. Back in 2012 ARW replaced the windows on the upper floors of my house; the team was then led by Sergio, who did an equally excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Today I had all my windows and patio door installed by American Reliable Windows. The guys were cool and professional. They worked super fast and did quality work! Our HOA found them and I wasn’t happy about having to pay for new Windows but after it was all done and so QUICK I am happy and glad we have new Windows! They did a beautiful job and I can’t believe how fast they got it all done! Thankx Guys!!! And I totally wud recommend them to friends and family who are interested in window installations! Overall very pleased with the quality of the products. American Reliable Windows has a very efficient system in installing windows, only takes one day. Very happy with the overall service from the customer reps down to the servicemen who installed our windows. Manny and Alex, who were among two of our installers, were fantastic. Did a very thorough job and made sure the finished installation was to our satisfaction. Adam was also great at going through the product specifications during our order process. Overall very happy with the company and would recommend to others.

I had 18 windows be customized and installed by Robert and his crew in 2 days! Guys were super fast and super quality. Robert was knowledgeable and friendly when it came to giving advice for future home improvement projects. I would highly recommend both ARW and Robert.

We have been leaving at a large apartment complex in Carson for the last 20 years and just recently our homeowners association voted to have our windows and doors replaced. After interviewing ten different companies our board of directors decided to hire American reliable to install the new windows and doors.
I have to say we’re extremely happy with the work that is being done and I’m getting excellent feedback from other owners in the community. American Reliable Windows has great customer service, affordable windows, and good window installers. We have used them to replace about 20 windows at our property that were from the 1930’s. They have a very knowledgeable sales staff that comes out to your home and explains the process of purchasing the windows, which includes several safety features according to LA City code. I found the sales staff to be on time, friendly, and respectful, which meant a lot to us. They took a good amount of time with us to make sure all our questions were answered and that any concerns were addressed. I recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows.

American Reliable Windows… We contacted several window companies in hopes of finding the right dealer for our budget and timeline. We called American Reliable Windows and sent a sales representative within one day. They showed us the different options available for the size windows we had, and different prices. The installers came on time and communicated with us very well about what they were doing, and were careful to ask questions ahead of time. The installation went smoothly and according to plan and before we knew it there were brand new windows to look out of. Thank you for doing a good job, American Reliable Windows. We have used them again several more times.

I live in Porter Ranch where the natural gas is leaking right above our house. We have many concerned neighbors that have small children moving to hotels and not being able to celebrate the holidays in their own house.
My case is different since I have installed termly improved windows replaced with American reliable windows I don’t smell any gas inside my house where I have a small child I even had a company come out and test where they found no evidence gas entering my house not even through the windows.
I would like to take this opportunity to complement the manufacture Milgard and American reliable windows for installing quality windows in my house.

We were referred to John and American Reliable Windows and Doors through our contractor. We love our windows that we had custom made for one of the biggest renovations to our home we have ever done. Customer service was great and any problems that we had were fixed immediately.
We have a few more windows to purchase in the upcoming years and we plan on using them again!

We purchase 8 windows 2 patio doors from American reliable Windows we are very pleased with the overall experience there were a few glitches along the route the product was delayed for two weeks but ultimately everything was delivered and completed in one day.
I will just advised the company inform their clients that’s all painted windows take longer then windows that are not painted since we living a homeowners association we had no choice but the purchase windows approved by the homeowners association and that’s why I feel we deserved to know and like I said my overall experience with Adam and American reliable Windows was good I already have two neighbors that are interested in hiring American reliable Windows to replace their windows at their condo.
Since El Nino is right around the corner I feel very much protected

John (sales), David and Robert (installers) did a great job on my home and wow what a difference it made overall look and feel of the home. The product itself is well made and engineered brilliantly. I love how quiet it has become and no more drafts! I highly recommend if you want to make a difference on your home windows are the way to go! I’ve been the talk of the block with these windows so much so my neighbor jumped on board and ordered same as well. John is quick, reliable, and straightforward. The installers were respectable, on-​time, quick and clean. I would highly. recommend them, especially on something so important and private as a home!

They had some guy named Adam come out to give me an estimate and he seem like he had no knowledge of windows. Before I said no, I decided to do some research on this company American Reliable Windows in Van Nuys. I used Unilocal and trust the reviews process since they cannot be bought by companies and are real. Unilocal removed my last review. So this time I will not include links and tell everyone to use the internet to find out the info yourselves.
When I came here I noticed a lot of good and just as many bad reviews. Some of the bad ones will make you cringe. So take the time to read them.
Also look up American Reliable Windows by name on the State of California Contractors board website. They have pending actions against them and have two citations. One is for taking more money for a job and the other for doing work without a permit. Best advice is to just stay away from American Reliable Windows.

Overall very satisfied. Adam, the estimator, came to our home and explained the difference between what he offered and the Home Depot type Windows you can get from stores. What we got was a very energy-​efficient window. David and Ruben, who installed the window, could not be more pleasant and efficient. The only thing I wasn’t excited was the wait period. Instead of 2 – 3 weeks, it took 4 weeks to have our custom built window delivered. But it was worth the wait. The window fits like a glove to our kitchen wall.

American Reliable Windows is a great company. We are incredibly satisfied with our windows and new sliding door. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests. I have to say that of the six different companies that I had come to the house to give an estimate, American Reliable Windows were the only ones who were honest, and polite (the office people, sales and the installers). These folks were the only ones that showed us the building code on the ladbs website and why our current windows weren’t to code.
To add to this, they had a great financing plan that we used, that was unlike any of the other companies’ offerings.
Their communication is great! Someone always picked up the phone whenever I called the office or when I called my sales person.
If I were to do the window buying process over again, without a doubt I would choose American Reliable Windows.
