Angel City Fire Protection

Hi There, I had a semi emergency job with my fire extinguishers… I did not know who I should use to have them serviced. A friend referred me to Angel City Fire Protection. I took there advice cause they always have a A-​List of vendors they use. I was extremely happy with there service that they provided, they were punctual, polite and just a all around perfect impression… They have made the people that now I refer them to just as happy as they made me!

I would’ve given this company a negative star but the system wouldn’t let it go below 1 star!
I have used City of Angels for my Fire Extinguisher service for years. They just serviced our extinguishers at one of our businesses last week. I naturally called them for a new medical clinic I am opening and told them I needed them ASAP, as the inspectors were coming the next day. They gave me an appointment for 9−11am the next day, which was yesterday.
Yesterday came and they never showed up. We called three times throughout the day and the owner kept saying he was on his way but never showed. Thank God the City didn’t show for the inspection. I would have been completely out of luck!
We let the company know that we definitely needed to have this done BEFORE the inspection and the owner assured us he would come himself and be at our office at 8am today.
Well, what do you know? 8 am came and went and they did not show up! By now I am panicking and even though I asked my assistant to call another company because it was urgent to get this service done, she called these incompetent guys again!
20 minutes ago these guys show up and when I see the owner I want to talk with him. He was on the phone with his wife and wasn’t even going to bother to get off the phone to acknowledge me! When I told him I wanted to have a conversation with him, this jerk tells his wife, «Honey, I gotta go, she wants to scold me because I didn’t show up at 10am»!!
I couldn’t believe it! He got off the phone and I told him that he didn’t show up yesterday and before I could say anything else he interrupted me and told me that he wasn’t going to scolded. I let him know that I have used his services for years and that I will no longer use him.
I think this guy feels he is too successful and doesn’t need my tiny few hundred dollars a year.
Well, I understand. He can choose to service whomever he pleases but I will never use him again. I am appalled at his arrogance and non concern for my business by his lack of attention and ability to keep a simple promise to show up!
Use at your own risk but don’t expect to speak to a supervisor if you have a problem. The owner could care less about customer service!
