Angel City Healing

Angel City Healing is true to it’s name– the property is a heavenly retreat and Kirsten is a generous and kind presence. I have received crania sacral from Kirsten regularly for about a year and a half which has so benefited my health and abundance. Her style of cranio sacral brings me delicately and deeply into rejuvenation– when i get off her table I feel reborn, or at least like i’ve slept 12 hours ;). I also recently received an ayurvedic «shirodhara» treatment where warm, sacred oil was continuously drizzled onto my third eye. I was so clear, calm, and present after this treatment that life’s overwhelming mysteries weren’t so overwhelming or mysterious. Kirsten holds sacred and safe space like no other.

I requested a last minute facial and Kirsten was able to fit me in seamlessly. The healing facial was complemented by a cranial — an energy healing that had me melting off of the table even after the extraction process. Kristen is very intuitive and professional. Her spa is located in an oasis-​like environment that you feel like you are on a resort in the tropics. I highly recommend her for facials and bodywork. On a side note she has some great little gift items you can purchase reasonably for yourself and loved ones.

So this review is way overdue. I went to Angel City Healing for the Ascension Package which is a healing facial and a holistic healing of your choice. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner Kirsten, and she was so warm and welcoming. The property is absolutely beautiful and radiates a peaceful Zen vibe. There’s a koi pond, raised veggie beds and a great garden. I got a facial and craniosacral therapy with reiki. The music was so Zen, I just escaped into serenity. The prices are so reasonable. She really wants to make you feel great, mind, body and soul. I felt like a new person when I left. If you are looking to relax and unwind, you have to book something at this boutique day spa.

I bought my wife a gift certificate for a facial at Angel City Healing after finding it online close by my house. The gift certificate and booking process was easy and efficient with great communication. I decided to pick up the gift certificate rather than have it emailed because they’re so close by and I wanted to put it in a card. The property and establishment is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. I was amazed that I was in Van Nuys or even the valley for that matter.
My wife loved her facial and wants to take me back for one. I might actually go based on the experience and that’s saying a lot for the place because I’m not a facial kind of guy. I highly recommend Angel City Healing.

The best Cranial Sacral therapy in Los Angeles. Kristen knows what she is doing and I leave her place feeling like a new person. Her space is so inviting and peaceful. She is like an oasis in the middle of a desert. I highly recommend her if you seeking any type of healing energy work.

I decided that I needed some healing on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. I have been working so hard and because of that I’ve been exhausted and have had low energy. I decided to go to Angel City Healing. I am a professional Massage Therapist & Healing Practitioner as well. Once I read about Kirsten and Angel City Healing I knew she was the one to do my energy healing. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. The atmosphere has great vibes and immediately brought me into a heightened state.
Kirsten is charismatic, genuinely caring, and very intuitive. I had such an amazing experience. I got the 2 hour Ascension package with Cranio Sacral Therapy and Sound Healing with her. I had a complete body/​mind and spirit experience and left feeling totally relaxed. During the session I had an incredible spiritual journey and I went into another state almost like an alpha, beta, theta, trance state, something like that. I don’t know! I feel the same sensation when I practice meditation. I felt my soul floating out of my body, pushing me up and I experienced some visions too. I saw another person inside the room. Could be my Angel or spirit guide (who knows?).
As the session progressed I tried to make some contact by voice, but I felt so relaxed that my mouth couldn’t open. I had other profound experiences during the session, but it’s hard to express in words. As an intuitive person I’m very sensitive to energy, I feel my body go numb when I have deeply profound experiences so it doesn’t happen with everybody. Only some people can bring me to a different state of relaxation.
The whole experience was incredible energetically and the sound healing made the vibration even higher. She used tuning forks, a big set of crystal singing bowls and handheld singing bowls around my body. I highly recommend Kirsten and I will be returning next month! Thanks so much!

I am just saying If you are looking for a Cranio Sacral Therapy in Los Angeles this is the place. Me and my friends went there for a group sound bath and it was AMAZING is saying it lightly how good it made us feel! The sound healing just made you feel so grounded and in tuned with your body words can’t discribe how good I felt after words. What I loved most was how the loudness totally penitrated into my body then just was like back ground noise all the way till the end wow what an amazing feeling it was. After when I walked out of the room I just felt like I was floating and I felt so relaxed. I would do it every day if I could. Thank you soooo much Kirsten for an amazing time.

It would be hard for me to describe what an amazing experience it was to see Kirsten on my birthday. It transcends a typical facial in all ways except the price. The prices are sooooo reasonable!!! She is a healer and you definitely feel that, especially after you leave. I did! My skin was glowing, I felt relaxed, and energetically, something got put back into place that was out of whack. have you ever had a massage that used singing bowls and sound energy therapy? You gotta try it. Her little spa studio is pure serenity.

Just had an amazing facial with Kirsten. She was kind enough to squeeze us in last minute. The products she used smelled so good and felt great on my skin. I can’t stop touching my face afterward… it’s so soft! (The pumpkin stuff and the honey & milk and the rose oil… heavenly) The face and foot massage during the facial left me feeling so relaxed. If you like facials, definitely try this place out!

How did I not find this place earlier?! I can’t believe there is this incredible healing spa sanctuary right near me and I didn’t know. I am not the biggest Unilocaler in the world but when I find something I love I have to let people know and spread the word. First of all the prices are amazing, I am so used to people in LA charging such high prices I was shocked when I saw that they were so reasonable. Second, Kirsten is amazing and she is so kind and loving, I get the cranial/​reiki healing and it is so incredibly relaxing and peaceful. I feel like I’m in another world when I’m there… most definitely not the Valley. She also does healing facials which I can’t wait to try. I can’t wait for my next healing, I truly feel it is making a big difference in my life. I love this place! :)

She is very nice and sweet. I have got to expensive eyelashes done from a person and they look great but way too expensive. when I went to here, she was able to work with me on the pricing, availability and just overall making my experience a really good one. my eyelashes I got done here look quite similar to the ones I got done at the expensive place. Job well done! She’s not like other aestheticians. She’s honest and genuine. Ill. Be coming back for sure

Im soo happy I found this hidden gem ! Kirsten is soo welcoming her garden and studio are super nice and very relaxing I even dozed off and fell asleep lol I went to kirsten to get my eyelash extensions done I Absolutely love them and I’m constently getting complements daily on them and how natural they look im looking forward to getting a facial and some energy healing as well :)

I was back for my brows and Kirsten told me she is now doing eyelash extensions. So I gave it a try. OMG I love the look and no more mascara for me. They are so lightweight and natural looking. I never had them before, but I got them on Saturday and I didn’t know what to expect. I have washed my face as usual, slept expecting to wake up with lashes all over the pillow, but there were none. I even looked in my 20x make-​up mirror and couldn’t tell I had them on. She did an amazing job.

I’ve been coming to Angel City Healing for awhile now and finally had to write a review. You’d never expect to see such a beautiful place in the middle of the valley. I always leave feeling completely rejuvenated. I’ve gotten a facial, body wrap and a cranial sacral healing.

I was talked into a facial by my girlfriend, and went to Angel City Healing. I asked for the 60 minute facial, and even asked for the added energy healing option. Let me tell you I felt like a new man when I left. Kirsten is absolutely gifted and the place is what a holistic spa should be, or at least what I envisioned it to be– Tranquil, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful (Can’t believe a place like this exists in Van Nuys)! So now, I am hooked. After a long week, Angel City Healing is my treat to myself. Yes, I am a guy, and yes I get the best facials at Angel City Healing. This little hideaway spa is by far the best in the valley. The owner Kirsten also preforms the services. She has top of the line equipment that rivals Burke –Williams and a wide variety of products. I discovered Glow cosmetics there and fell in love with the Pure Fiji line of lotions and toiletries. She also has a nice selection of spiritual books and sells spa robes that are the softest thing ever. I bought several as gifts and two for myself.
I got one of the best facials of my life. She is very good with extractions which I have had leave me red for several days in the past but was invisible a few hours after my treatment. I also had a wrap which she uses Epicurean products for that left my whole body soft for a month after. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who doesn’t like the rushed feeling you get at the bigger spas.
This is private and personal service at its best and the prices are amazing.
