What a fantastic, professional, fast (like 20 minutes) job in replacing my windshield. A pebble cracked my windshield & it needed to be replaced. Auto Glass LA were able to do it right away on my 2008 Nissan Rogue. If fact, they could have done it the same day, but I needed to wait until the next day. Although they were 1 ½ hours late from the 2 hour window of time I was given, I still give them 5 stars because of the wonderful job they did. They were very apologetic (& followed up to fill me in on what the delay was) & I understand sometimes that happens. I watched them remove the damaged windshield & replace it with the new one. I was amazed at how efficient they were!

I called Saturday at lunch, and they came 4 hours later with the new window. I was really glad I didn’t have to wait until Monday. I hope I don’t have to, but I would definitely use them again.

I have never given a 1 star review, therefore, I have given 2 stars. The guy was nice on the phone, quoted me a great price and I decided not to request an ASAP installation, I setup an appointment for two days later. He told me it was a two hour window, so I set it up and took that day off from work. Well the two hour window expired at 12PM and I called the company to find out if they were running late. No one answered, though, I only got the answering machine. I called several times and even left two voicemail messages. My wife attempted to call and finally got through at 4PM, where they told her that they would find out what happened, without taking down any of her information. It was obviously just to get her off the phone. I can’t comment on the physical service that they do, but the fact that they couldn’t keep an appointment and even contact me about it over 6 hours later after leaving several messages is ridiculous.
I instead called a couple other companies and they all told me that there are actually two different types of windshields for my car, one to fit cars with a windshield sensor and one without. They told me the correct one had to be ordered to ensure it would fit. This company never asked that information from me, so it may have been a waste of time if they brought the wrong one anyways. There are a lot of good reviews, so I am sure they do good work, but my experience wasn’t great and I just wanted to share.
Update: The owner called me back late at night and was very remorseful about not making it out to me. He offered me a discount and notified me of his recent increase of business in the new year. I understand that he is busy, running a company by himself, so i increased it to 4 stars, because he seemed genuine in his apology of missing the appointment. I did have to miss a day of work though, which is why only 4 stars. I also had already scheduled another company to install the windshield, so i am unable to comment on his work.

Great professional service, Mark is a really good guy! I had a peculiar crack situation, chipped from the inside, and Mark was able to diagnose the dilemma in no time at all :)

Great customer service! Came out the same day I called them (Saturday), very quick and professional. Also saved me a ton of money (still got the stock back window) based on what the dealership had quoted me earlier that morning. Would recommend them to anyone in need of window repair/​replacement.

This company is a lifesaver. I unfortunately had my car broken into and right away, they did their best to get my window fixed by the end of the day. Prior to installation, they pointed out all other scratches my car had due to the break in, things I would not immediately see. then it took them around 30 minutes to clean out my car from left over shards of glass and replace the shattered window. I even got a follow up call after the job was done to make sure I was happy with the work.
I definitely recommend this company!

Autoglass LA came to my rescue when my 2013 FJ cruiser Trail Team edition windshield was cracked while on the 210 freeway. I was referred to Autoglass LA by KEYS Toyota and next day they showed up @ my workplace and took care the job. I am very impressed by their workmanship and professionalism & would recommend them to family & friends. I was so impressed by the workmanship that I added them on our work roster as a reference for colleagues.

Amazing quality and very quick service. Top rated glass and glue products. Very friendly, and takes the time to educate you about the work. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repair.

I was out in Van Nuys for the day on business and wanted to compare prices. These guys were by far the best. Between me first calling and Victor coming out to finish on awesome job on my 2013 XB windshield, it took only two hours. I would easily recommend them to anyone!

Ramin and his team came highly recommended by my tint shop — and for very good reason! All the positive reviews don’t do justice for just how great a job Auto Glass LA did for me. Ramin has come to my rescue twice now on two occasions to repair chips on my windshield. Both times he was extremely professional, courteous, and worked with my schedule over the weekend!
I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the service, but, more importantly, Ramin has come to be more than a vendor to me. He’s a great guy, and I’m glad to have him as a friend.

I guess in this case the reviews do say it all. Mark and Auto Glass La demonstrated for me today what it truly means to be «top notch». Their commitment to quality work and customer service was clearly shown from start to finish. I can’t imagine even considering using anyone else. I was in desperate need of a new driver side window on a Saturday afternoon and Auto Glass La came to the rescue. If every business performed at a level anywhere near Auto Glass La there would be no need for review sites like Unilocal and google plus.

Auto Glass LA was great. My driver’s side car window got smashed by some hooligans and I needed to get it replaced. I called my insurance Saturday morning and they referred me to another glass replacement company but told me they couldn’t come to me until Monday afternoon. Since I had to pay out of pocket as it was below my deductible, I called Auto Glass LA and they told me that they could fix my window the same day by 2 pm.
He unfortunately arrived to my house 45 minutes after the scheduled time and on top of that arrived with the wrong window. He told me that he will call me in an hour and will let me know the status of getting this fixed. He was committed to my business and told me that there is 99% chance he’ll fix it today. That was ultimately the most important part for me. 2 hours pass by, I am getting a little weary as I haven’t heard from Mark. After calling him numerous times, I finally got a hold of him. He told me he is getting the window right now and will be at my house shortly. A little before 7 pm, he’s out our house. Communication between him and I could have been better as for a moment I thought I wasn’t going to get this fixed. He told me that he had to go outside of the LA area to get my window as he didn’t have it in his inventory.
Mark really does care about your business as the competition out in LA is tough, especially if there are insurance companies referring you to go with a larger company to handle your repairs. Luckily, I was impatient enough to call Auto Glass LA and was able to get my window fixed the same day. Other company’s wanted me to leave my car vulnerable with an exposed, shattered window on my driver’s side over the weekend.
Mark did a great job cleaning out the glass and replacing my window at my home.
I highly recommend Auto Glass.
A note to Mark, please communicate with your customers thoroughly with any possible delays. This is very key for 5 star service.

These guys really came through in the clutch! I had a hot shot come out, he didn’t bring the correct glass and didn’t really have an answer but to call headquarters the next day. They weren’t able to find my glass so I hit up auto glass la. The second I told him the car he knew what I was talking about concerning the odd window. They gave me a good price and had it installed in a couple hours. Felt like I was hanging out with my brother! Thanks guys!

I’ve had a few issues with glass and my car. First, my car was broken into, and they came to my office and replaced it that day. They were nothing but professional and fantastic.
Cut to a year or so later, my windshield is cracked and they were my FIRST call, because I loved the service so much. But, I comparison shopped and their price was unbeatable. Friendly, prompt, valuable service. I cannot recommend highly enough.

These guys are great, very customer service oriented! My husband had a large crack in his Acura TL, they were able to get the correct replacement glass very quickly. It was also nice that there is no extra charge for getting it fixed at my house. That was very convenient. The work was quality and time efficient. I also appreciated how thorough they were about explaining the process and what the car needed.
I hope I don’t have to use them again! But if a glass damage happens again, it’s nice to know these guys are there for us!

I needed to replace my windshield on my BMW 5-​Series. I did my research and based on reviews from Unilocal I went with Auto Glass LA.
I have to say first and foremost that those reviews on Unilocal did not do them justice. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. On the phone Marc was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely accommodating and made sure that my needs were met right away.
His technician arrived with his young son and started to work on my windshield immediately. It was great to see father and son practicing their trade together.
Shortly after their arrival Marc arrived to make sure that everything is going smoothly. He explained all the intricacies that’s involved in changing the windshield on my car. I do a lot of research before I do things like this and I will have to say that Marc and his crew know exactly what they were doing and they use only high quality parts.
Marc and his crew were extremely professional, they took their time to explain things to me. Their communication prior to arrival was outstanding. They did not waste my time or disrespect me by showing up whenever they wanted. Due to circumstances beyond their control they were going to be late to my appointment. Marc immediately called me and let me know what was happening and that he was running late. He went out of his way to fit my tight schedule and true to his word he showed up on time and finished the job exactly when I needed him to.
He followed up a few days later to make sure everything was okay and that I was satisfied.
I can not recommend Marc and his crew at Auto Glass LA enough. They are straight up outstanding.

Fast and efficient!
My windshield was cracked by road debris and the crack was pretty dangerous to drive with. I called Marc on Saturday to get a quote for my 2013 Prius C and I threatened to find a better deal.
He firmly let me know, «ma’am, you could find a better deal, but safety is of the utmost importance and the fact that we were referred to you BY Toyota should tell you something.» He had a point.
I called around and low and behold– I called him back Monday morning and there was a man with his son there to fix my windshield that afternoon. He gave me a great deal and it was a pleasure doing business with Autoglass LA.
PS: Most importantly– I had the opportunity to chat a bit with the man and his son that were fixing my windshield and they were so kind and professional and took great pride in their work. My windshield looks great! THANK YOU!
