At Cali-​Fit Studios we are the one stop shop for all dance, rehearsal, audition and fitness needs. Various dance and fitness classes are held daily as well as opportunities to rent out either of our fully equipped studios.

History

Established in 2009.

Cali-​Fit was created by Sasha Lopez, a SoCal native who has traveled the world developing her skills as a dancer and choreographer. She has taught everything from Salsa to Hip Hop in surrounding dance studios in Southern California. After taking a short hiatus, she decided to open her own dance studio in the San Fernando Valley focusing on the ability to provide affordable dance classes to the inner city youth and people in the surrounding community with ‘dance blood’ in their veins.

I took the Hula Hoop Fitness class with Lilly. What a great time! It’s definitely more of a workout than I had expected and the most fun I’ve ever had at a gym. The atmosphere of the class is happy and upbeat. I dropped my hoop 2 dozen times, and never felt embarrassed.
Cali-​Fit is located in a convenient, low traffic area. Clean, with a friendly & polite staff. I will be back for more hoop classes!

I recently started attending the Zumba class and it was great! Great music to workout to and instructor also focuses on abs at the end. Definitely plan on going back for more :). Great experience overall!

I love this place, Sasha makes working out so much fun. Ive lost about 15 lbs in a couple of months and i feel like such a better dancer Woo! I definitely recommend it.

First and for most happy I’m the first one to write a review. Well first thing I can say is you will love the instructer she’s really devoted to each student and gives you her time whenever you need it. Now for the class if you love to dance then you will love the class just you make sure you can keep up its a great workout and if you don’t like to dance you will probably like it after you take her class. She loves her Cali-​Fit family and I bet you will love her to. There is also kick– boxing with Leo and Hip-​POP class with Franklin and more classes on the way.
