Leonard H.

Business Owner

Leonard Horowitz spent 37 years in the apparel & textile industry. He has manufactured apparel, textiles, represented brand lines as Polo and Cranston Printworks with experience to import & export marketing to the top retail and wholesale apparel companies in America. Past President, Executive Director of the Textile Association of Los Angeles helped promote the Los Angeles textile industry to prominence and respect worldwide.

After 37 years Leonard decided to go into the service industry sector. Knowing how import energy & water conservation would become he decided to start California Utility Services in 2003. Having a desire to conserve at home he installed a DWP sub water meter. The saving was so great that he told his friends and neighbors about how they can save money. The idea took off using direct mail; television consumer editorial reports, radio reports and word of mouth referrals have help to create a very successful service business.
