I brought my down comforter to be cleaned here. It returned the same as I brought it and when I brought it back, it was returned with sewn marks… It seems it was cut or something during the process and they sewed it up.
It still was not the best cleaning job either.

I took one of my favorite/​very expensive comforters here after reading the Unilocal reviews, and was very pleased with the service that I received. Not only was the price reasonable but they managed to get all of the stains and smell out of my comforter as promised.
Upon returning to pick it up the comforter was not ready because they sent it back to be re-​washed since they were not pleased with the original outcome, so I had to return the following day. This was not a problem considering that I preferred my comforter to be as clean as possible as well as the reason that I live several blocks away from Continental Dry Cleaners, there was no real inconvenience.
Overall, the service was great, price was reasonable and everyone that I encountered was pleasant and professional.
I will be returning…

A soda was accidentally spilled on my expensive comforter and I was in need of a good cleaners! The girl that helped me was friendly on the phone and in person. They were very reasonably priced, fairly fast, and my comforter came back to me looking almost brand new! I will be using them again!

Had my UGGS dry cleaned here. They don’t actually do it themselves, but send them out with a leather cleaner weekly. I was charged 35 dollars for boots right below my knees in height. The lady wasn’t sure if it would be $ 35 or $ 45 when I asked. I would not recommend that you do the dryclean on them unless you are getting the boots as a hand me down. You should be aware that although they come back «clean», they wash off that suede and soft texture of the outside of the boot. In other words, its not the same boot! You should just buy new ones ! They feel very rough and tough. Again, my boots were years old and I was trying to revive them. I think when people look at them they can’t tell. But I can. They feel hardened on the outside and not soft like when I first got them.
ALSO– took some wedges to be fixed and my shoe came back worse ! Whoever fixes their shoes did a horrible job ! I had to say something when they gave me the «fixed» shoe ! It looked worse then when I dropped it off ! They had put glue and the glue had dried brownish color. Like whomever fixed it had mechanic hands or dirty hands ! WTF !!! I said something and the lady took them back… when I went back AGAIN to get them, they were in better shape at least… but I was not really happy. I had a similar pair of wedges that need fixing but I decided against having them fixed here again.
I had some jeans shortened. They did fine with that. And I am happy with their drycleaning of clothes. Still– I was looking for a place that could do it all and well ! I was not impressed with this place.

Best dry cleaners in the valley. Owners are always super Nice and understanding. They offer tons of discounts and they are very efficient. Will keep going to them.

I was looking for a Cleaners since my regular place burned down and thanks to Unilocal and all the great reviews I found Continental =) I am very happy. I have brought in things for dry cleaning, alterations, original stitching on premium denim jeans (not everyone can do this properly) and I even brought in a pair of shoes that needed a strap repaired … I am definitely a satisfied and will definitely keep going back. Great service & always with a smile. Love it =))

Great prices, quality work, and a friendly helpful staff. Not only did they successfully alter many of my suits and skirts, they offered me the best prices and quality for my dry cleaning. I’ve been going here for about a year. I don’t get a lot of things dry cleaned but everything they’ve done has been great. Basic cleaning prices are excellent; simple alterations are done professionally and also at a reasonable price. Their standard speed is 3 – 5 days but they don’t seem to charge extra for faster service. The best thing about this place is that they pick up and deliver for free! You can’t beat that! Also, customer service is great. They are friendly, professional, and honest.
UPDATE (June 2012):
Gotta upgrade them to 5 stars. We had a washing machine malfunction mid wash cycle at our house. So I called them and asked if they could save me. (I had one load soaking wet and two more waiting to get washed.) It was a Friday afternoon… They told me to bring it by and they’d help. Not only that, the owner recommended a repairman (even called and made the introduction) who came out the next day and fixed the washer for cheap. Saved the day and the laundry! Great people there!

Sorry all you Groupon holders out there, but please understand that Groupon stuck it to this family run business. Don’t blame the guy for being upset. I have always had a pleasant experience with this dry cleaner. Always professional and great work. All Americans need to understand the Armenian culture and learn that yelling and disrespect doesn’t work with them, treat them nice and you will get the best service.

Continental Cleaners has been our family’s preferred cleaners for more than 10 years now. We started to go to this cleaners since they were still in Arcadia and continue to go there after they moved even though it’s kind of out of our way. We have not had any negative experiences and even when there was a misunderstanding/​misplacement they went out of their way to solve the problem.
There prices are very competitive, the quality is good, the customers service is like family. I would recommend this cleaners to my family and friends.

Well I have been going here for quite some time now and am very happy with the service and quality of work. Their alteration service is second to none and they use a environmentally friendly process for their Dry Cleaning unlike most others.
It is a family owned and operated business so they take pride in the work and are very accommodating. On a few occasions I haven’t had time to pick up my clothes but needed them for work the next day, all I had to do is call them and they delivered it to my house.
Overall this is a great little cleaners and I highly recommend them.

I took a few of my pants here to get shortened. They did a great job. One of my jeans I wanted original stitching and it was done perfectly. They charged a very reasonable price for it compared to other places I’ve been for alterations.

OMG the worst dry cleaners ever. the customer service was horrible. I purchased a groupon and used it for my shirts. after i picked up my dry cleaning i realized there were still spots on the shirts and they had over processed one of them and ruined the collar completely on a brand new shirt. when i took them back to get redone the owner would not take any responsibility and said they do not guarantee for stains to come out.
they would not even take responsibility for the shirt they damaged. they said that is probably the way it was before i brought it in. they collar freekin had holes it. wtf!!!
i explained to them that i used the groupon to have a pleasant experience and the owner said that he was interested in my experience.
i definitely DO NOT recommend this place.
