The drive through SUCKSSSSSSS! Enough said.

Filthy, disgusting, staff emptying garbage next to the food preparation area. rude staff, especially the manager!

It’s great, I mean, c’mon it’s Del Taco. It’s all good.
Con: there’s this one manager at this location who doesn’t seem to like her job. No eye contact, no greeting, no acknowledgement. She doesn’t seem like she likes her job. The cooks are nice though because they say hi.
But if you don’t care about service then you’ll probably end up 5 starring this place!

The drive thru takes absolutely forever. I have been here for almost 20 minutes and it’s taking almost 4 minutes per car to go through. All I ordered were French fries because they’re good but this is ridiculous. A drive thru is supposed to be fast not last forever.

Came here earlier in the morning and I swear to god this place and its service sucks!!! They took forever to get me order and fucked up several times!!! Whoever is the manager of this place just please stop and call it quits, let someone else run it please for the sake of that place and its service. Employees looked pressured and confused as fuck because of their manager

Don’t bother. I don’t have high expectations when going to a Del Taco… But this one doesn’t even meet the low benchmark I set for them. Absolutely abysmal.

They have a quick drive-​thru which convenient when you are in a hurry. Located next to yummy donuts, there is plenty of parking if you want to go in. They are open 24 hours. All in all, a clean location.

!!! Rylee !!! It’s 1:49am we just left the drive thru and my husband and I are searching on Unilocal for reviews on the kid (Rylee) OMG! I have never experienced such amazing service. Very very unexpected the guy knows the entire menu I got nervous when it was time to order it was like ordering from a fancy restaurant. We couldn’t wait to drive around the corner to meet this guy he gave us our order we payed and he finished by saying thank you for driving through Taco Bell I hope you’ve enjoyed your experience have a pleasant night and guys… Don’t forget to fasten your seatbelt’s. Lol anyway he was awesome Rylee is definitely overqualified for the job! I don’t necessarily recommend Dell taco’s food but I recommend the Rylee drive-​through experience!

Well I’ve Never eaten at Del Taco. I walked in, and immediately was welcomed by 3 different staff members. I told them I was a nubie here. I had questions regarding the food/​product and Michael aka «Mr. Sexy Pants» (as he was referred to lol) was very helpful. Made some recommendations and now I’m waiting to get home and try this out… wish me luck!

Horrible… got one thing and they got it wrong. Can care less when I buy a .99 taco, which I never do, but give a little respect when I buy a $ 5 burrito.

So I go drive-​thru and I got the worst service ever! Maria is her name wears glasses. She is absolutely the worst ever to have work for your company it seemed like she was not happy to be there like if it is our fault. Nodding her head for everything even her tone of voice was bad. I’ve worked customer service before and know that no matter what you must give excellent service in order to bring the people back but it seems to me she wants all customers to run away from your restaurant!

Jesus. Rylee you are the man. I seriously don’t know what you’re doing at del taco dude, I would hire this dude in a heartbeat. I’ve never seen a fast food guy treat me like I was at fine fucking dining and give me customer service like he was handling my fucking bank account. Love this dude and good luck man! Keep it up!

Just stopped by having the usual delicious beer batter fish tacos. Also order the caramel cheese stick bites based on reviews good stuff. Always enjoy del taco

This is a review for Rylee who works there. He was amazing! He spoke clearly & knew every item on the menu. Rylee, you deserve a raise. Very professional. Keep it up

After an extreme long day, I was finally close to getting home. It’s 2:00 AM and my travels for the day got me hungry. I head into this Del Taco and this pleasant friendly voice says hello and them takes my order. I get to the window and the cashier, Rylee, was very professional. Excellent customer service. Never encountered service like his before at this location. His managers need to utilize him as an example of customer service to the rest of the company. Great job Rylee.

Ok, so this particular review isn’t for the food. It’s Del Taco, the food is always the same. No, this review is for the customer service provided by a nice dude at the window. Rylee is his name and burritos are his game. Dude was very professional and accurate, he even offered a cup of water while I waited! What other fast food joint employee does that!!!

I went in here since I heard that they have some Arabica coffee. I was not over impressed with the flavor because it tasted close to the flavor profile of Pike Place from Sbux. Pike Place was probably the worst staple flavor that Sbux came out with and Del Taco decided to equal it. blehhh
I was also curious to see their new grilled chicken taco. It was more like a steamed chicken. There were no grill marks nor grilled flavor. The marinade was low grade and not very impressive. It was lacking flavor as well as acidity.
It would be nice if there was some better truth to the menu. It is very misleading when grilled is closer to steamed. Even the George Forman grill will leave grill marks which is impressive for an electric grill.

Went for breakfast yesterday morning at 8:30 via the drive thru. There was only one person ahead of me, after 6 mins of waiting, I turned off the car. It was a total of 9 mins in line. I was thinking damn! What the hell did that car in front of me order???//// When I got up there, the lady apologized and said my breakfast would be free. It was only 4.50 but hey, free is good so it was OK. Usually food is always fresh and service quick here. I have two Del Tacos within blocks from me. This one has an easier access drive thru and nice people.
I will continue to come.

Okay, the two times i have come here in the drive thru have been around 11am. The wait is ridiculous, and this place shouldn’t be categorized as «fast» food.
Just today, i was in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru, and there was only one customer ahead of me in line. That guy was waiting at least 5 solid minutes in line until someone even came on the intercom to greet him and take his order! This happened EXACTLY the same way last time i tried to order here. The staff was not friendly, and did not apologize, despite the long wait.

I don’t think I have ever really had a bad experience here. They do at times take way to long to get you your food.
The bonus of this place is that their drive-​thru is 24 hours. The downside is they tend to clean their fryer every night between 2am — 4am. So don’t expect any fries, hashbrowns or any other fried item during that time.
I was having a problem with my big fat breakfast tacos not coming with any bacon for awhile but that seems to have been fixed.
The drive-​thru staff during the middle of the night is very friendly. They let you know ahead of time that their fryer is off.
As far as food goes, my favorites are the big fat tacos (breakfast and chicken), the shredded beef burrito, and the spicy chicken burrito. Their quesadillas aren’t too bad and I like their breakfast variety and spicy chicken bacon version also.
This is the place to go when you want something filling and cheap.
