scam. scam. awful company. delivery driver hit my office gate and susie baron (the owner) refused to pay for the repairs. i called daily. left messages with john, mary, angelica, olivia. do not use.

I am a homeowner renovating my house and used this company to haul away demo materials. In short, I found that they have responsibly responsive customer service but their bins are overpriced.
The material I was throwing away was 90% plaster, lath and old wood flooring from my 1920 home. I was charged extra on all 3 bins I ordered so rather than paying 375 $ per bin, I was charged ~460 $ per bin.
I was enticed by the large bin size but apparently 4 tons of material means that you can only fill the bins to approximately ½ capacity if throwing away the materials above. Of course there is no way to confirm the weight of the bins, you have to take their word for it.
I will try other companies before I come back to Dumpster, Bin and Container Rentals.

Let me start by saying that when I initially reached out to this company, the representative was pleasant and it was easy to schedule… though I would have to wait a couple of days for delivery. Today I was scheduled to receive my dumpster and realized that I had mistakenly given my personal credit card information, as opposed to my business card. Again, this was my mistake, but should be easily fixed by voiding the still pending transaction. With a pending status (and it had just been run sometime between the start of business and 11am when I called to address this issue), I was told I would have to pay a $ 15 charge for merchant processing fees to refund the card and charge to a new one. This would have made sense if 1) The charge had posted 2) The card had been charged the day before and the merchant’s batch had been closed 3) I had received the dumpster OR 4) I had signed any sort of credit card authorization… BUT none of these conditions apply and the charge could still be voided. After being informed of the fee, I told them I would contact the credit card company to fix the issue so neither of us would incur a charge. My credit card company called them, and upon telling the representative who they were, they were hung up on and their call was not answered upon 4 more attempts. When I called them myself with the credit card company on 3-​way, they were unwilling to hear that the charge could be stopped, adamant to charge the unnecessary fee. This fee is nominal, and frankly not worth the effort, but still unwarranted when they could correctly void the transaction and incur no charges. Now I know when I’m being abrasive or unreasonable, but in this case I was simply trying to clear up the mistake with no additional fees for anyone. The response from this company was rude and unwilling to remedy the situation. In fact, they told me to take my business elsewhere… which I happily did and will be receiving a dumpster same day at a better rate. Ironic that the charge could so easily be voided at this point.

Couple of weeks ago I ordered a dumpster from them. It was delivered next day as expected! When I needed another one, they delivered one the same day! Great service, very friendly, and most importantly — reliable!
If I will even need a dumpster again, I will definitely get one from them again!

My experience was great! They brought the dumpster a day earlier on my last minute request. And when I called to let them know I was finished with the dumpster, they picked the dumpster up the very next day.

It was delivered on time, and was bigger than the competitors.
I needed to extend my rental time, and they accommodated me without issue.
