Isidro took control of the situation on how best to handle the repairs, the claim and the insurance. I gave my friend a ride to the shop to pick up her car, and figured I’d get a quote on some damage of my own. I live in San Pedro so I immediately thought that any cost break wouldn’t be worth leaving my car in Van Nuys 2 days. Frankie’s quote ended up being almost ½ the cost of any of the quotes I got and…½ the time to complete the project! Honestly, it’s a complete waste of your time taking quotes from other body shops. Their value, quality of work, and customer service is top notch!

It’s easy to be great when a job goes smoothly. It’s when a problem comes up that you truly learn about a business. Had a crack in the paint of my car 1 ½ years after it was painted. Called them up, brought the car in and they told me «no problem, we guarantee a trouble free paint job»
And they fixed it. No questions, no debating, they just made the job right.

Beyond the best. There is nothing fun about needing body work but Frankie Meza and his crew at Dura Glo turned a dreaded experience into a pleasure. Fair, honest, reasonable and simply beautiful work. They hugely exceeded my expectations and it was more than worth it to go far out of my neighborhood for this quality work. Body shops may all look the same and not very glamorous from the street but this proved they aren’t. Venture to this Van Nuys side street and prepare to be delighted. This place is great ! I have taken my car here a few times for scratches, dings ect. Frankie is great and always gets the job in a timely manner and the pricing is always very fair /​reasonable !!! Strongly recommend !!!

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this place. My daughter got a BRAND NEW BMW, didn’t even have the plates on it yet and someone backed into her. I was able to text Frankie a pic of the damage, he gave me my estimate, I brought the car in and it’s done by the end of the day. They even had someone give me a ride home after dropping it off. Nice guy, great service.
PS Dropped it off at 9 am and they DELIVERED it back to my house at 3pm the same day. My guess is the bad reviews on here are Frankie’s competition ;)

This location has great service. For a body shop, i applaud their service and their attentiveness to their customers. They did an amazing job on my car and plan on referring anybody that asks me about a body shop here.

2^nd visit. My 2015 Jetta car was side swiped on the passenger side. I had extensive damage. I went to Frank at DuraGlo and he and his team made my car look new. Once again as before, the cost was very reasonable and the work was excellent.

Took my car in to Isidro and his team when the whole driver side of my car was wrecked in a hit and run. Isidro more than took care of my car, it looked like it did when I first bought it! Bottom line: Quality and Service at a fair price! I couldn’t ask for better turnaround and customer service. Quick quick quick turnaround on a quote and fast quality service. My BMW had a parking lot scrape on the bumper — nothing complex, I realize — but the friendliness of the personnel combined with the short time they took to fix the car was remarkable. Can I give six stars?

I can’t say enough wonderful facts about The owner Frankie and his staff. Not only did his bid come in 3xs lower than 4 other body shops he was accommodating and on time with the repair. My car looks new and I will never use another body shop again, I born and raised in the area and I am so happy to have finally found quality with honesty and integrity!

Took my bmw 323ci for scratches and minor dents 4 days ago. Was called to pick it up today and let me tell you, they did an amazing job! Was a bit sketchy about this place because some of the negative reviews and lack of parking within premises but I took my friends referral into consideration any way. WELL WORTH IT.
Customer service was excellent. The two gentleman i dealt with; Frankie and Isidro, friendly, talkative, easy to deal with.
People need to keep in mind that if you want something done right, it can’t be rushed. When things don’t happen right away, just remember: it takes 6 months to build a rolls-​Royce and 13 hours to build a Toyota. Let that simmer.
