Had viruses, and computer was really slow, called Emak, and they came on time, fixed my computer for so cheap! The guy was really nice, he did few more stuff for me like installing a virus protector, all for free! They’re way better than geek squad or any other computer repair company. Got a slow computer? Call Emak!

Not sure about technical competency, but ZERO customer service

Appointment set for noon.
Rec’d Text message at 12: 20 minutes Saying «a bit late»
I asked for ETA. Reply ½ hour
I called at 1:20 and was told that it will be another ½ hour.
Called to cancel, no answer and «Customer has not yet set up voice mail » No Voice mail Set up is a bad sign.
Poor English skills is also a problem.
