I had Sapeer Azulay as my project manager for this huge scope of work. Before they arrived to my house, I had been taken advantage of by another contractor. At that point, it was very hard for me to trust anyone else to do the remodeling work necessary. But after meeting with Sapeer, I felt safe and decided to go with them to do the remodel.
The remodel consisted of a brand new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring, interior paint, electrical work, and a custom fireplace. From the very beginning, Expo Home was organized and Sapeer would constantly update me on progress of work being done. They were very efficient and very detail oriented from A to Z. They were able to complete the scope of work 2 weeks before the original completion date. The pricing was fair and the service Sapeer delivered was more than I could have asked for, considering my previous experience with the other contractor. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend these guys to do any job in your house. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

I did two projects with them — renovation and new construction. First one was done better than expected within budget and on time. Great service from Joseph. The second project took a bit longer than expected. However, they did complete the work to our satisfaction and have been supporting us for any maintenance requests. I’d definitely hire them again for relevant projects!

What can I possibly say but Wow! I’m not one for writing reviews, but here I go! Last year my husband and I did remodeling work on our Palm Springs home and I served as contractor so when we decided to do some remodeling on our new LA home I was ready to step up to the plate again. But my husband thought different. He suggested we find a contractor instead… I did not like this idea but decided to give in and work my magic later. After reaching and getting some outrageous rates we ended up taking the one contractor who was willing to serve the customer first. Shay Alfandari of Expo Home Design and Remodeling Inc. I told him we had limited time and he set to work making things happen. If I need him for anything, all I had to do was reach out and he would get back to me or show up. When I was stressed because it looked like something wasn’t possible… he made it possible, I mean this guy made it happen. Even today I know I can call him & it’s done! Thank you Shay, thank you Expo Home. Our new Home is looking pretty darn good… Pictures to come later
