We do meticulous work to assure that your fingerprints, passport photos and documents are accurate in preparation so they will be accepted by the agencies to which they are submitted.

History

Established in 1984.

We started out as a 1 Hour Photo processing and photography service and quickly added fingerprinting and notary services which gradually became our primary business as photography became digital.

The owner is the original founder, who is also the main operator and manager. He continues to take pride in his business –he is somewhat of a perfectionist, making sure the work is done efficiently in time and accuracy. He also loves to chat with customers when time allows, and offer assistance if they have any questions regarding the process.

Business Owner

Fred has been in the business of photos since the 1970’s when he lived in New York. He moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1984 to establish his own business in this beautiful state of CA. He has worked hard to build a successful business and takes joy in providing services to his customers. He understands the seriousness of doing the job right to enable his customers to move through their application and document processes smoothly. His wife and kids (as teenagers/​adults) have occasionally joined his efforts to help out in the store when needed and he is diligent in overseeing their work too!
