Grandma’s House Child Care

if i could give this place zero stars i would. i warn anyone interested in this business for child care do not ever bring your children here! there are three locations for grandma’s house child care or grandma’s kid care. van nuys, encino, and north holloywood. all of these people are crooks and not honest people. they are all related either by blood or marriage. they sent my daughter home with diaper rash often and dehydrated them by not giving them fluids. they only fed my 11 month old 4 ounces of formula all day in 10 hours! they padlock the gates shut and are nearly impossible to get a hold of for help. i prepaid them for a month of child care and then the childcare worker that was caring for my daughters disappeared without a trace and the business refused to work with me in refunding me my money. i went to drop my children one morning and she was gone. dad had to call in sick to care for the children. dont’ bring your precious children here. not only that but when i spoke to the business about the childcare worker disappearing they told me she was crazy and her husband is dangerous. this is not the kind of people you want caring for your children!
on another note the photos posted here are not as it is. the backyard is all dead grass and filled with trash and furniture. the kids never go outside. the yard is dirty and there’s furniture out front and broken bottles. plus the family stands outside to smoke durinf business hours.
