I had a wonderful experience the young man at the counter was super sweet. They did great job with my dog «Suzie». I was really shocked to see how great she looked. I was ever so Thankful that they were able to groom him.

I live close by, Multiple times I have seen different loose dogs wandering the parking lot. Once I actually had to swerve out of the way of a dog running from their shop into the street and down Victory with a worker chasing after. They need to come up with a new way to keep the dogs secure I dont want anyone to loose their baby over a security issue.

We were looking for «Same day service» and reasonable cost– we found this place and were very pleased with their service. Family owned and operated by nice family. We will definitely return and refer to our friends and family.

My 15 year old lab is too feeble to make the journey to the shop, but she needed her nails clipped. Happy dog came to us and did a beautiful job. Gentle and efficient. I am delighted. So reasonable… thank you Happy Dog!

I’m very mad at this place! Never will I take my dogs there again. Everything started with me calling and scheduling an appointment for Sunday. When I got dropped off with my two dogs, a cocker spaniel and a springer spaniel both males. The lady was very friendly and immediately said it would be $ 50 and $ 55 for full grooming I said ok. Them she ask me what kind of hair cut to which I reply short on the body and long on the legs, then she offered drop off service which I loved at the time. I dropped them off around 12:15pm and she said she would have them back to my house by 5:00pm.
Forward to 5ish when my dogs are suppose to be dropped off, my phone rings to ask if they should shave the legs or just trim them, to which I reply trim only! Already a bit nervous about the time, miscommunication and thinking my dogs have been cage for hrs I’m not feeling this place. Well was I right! they did not return my my dogs till 7: pm and my springer spaniel completely butchered his testicles were literally bleeding. I did not notice this till tonight. I can pass the horrible haircut and never go back there, but you physically hurt my adored dog and you get a bad review. Horrible experience never will I go back. I recommend people to save your selves the heartache to see your pet in pain because neglects like the one this people afflicted on my pets and I.

My favorite dog groomer! I live in west Hollywood but come to the valley for them. They listen to exactly what I want and bring my pup Fallon back to me looking great and you can’t beat the price. I highly recommend for any dog grooming.

AMAZING SERVICE AND A GREAT SHAMPOO! MY DOG HATES GETTING groomed but he doesnt mind when i drop him off at happy dogs. they even put a little scarf thing on him when he was done. the shampoo they use smells so good. and they also cut his nails! it comes with the wash. this for sure is my go to spot!

It’s been 4 weeks & his hair has not grown back. They didn’t even tells us what happen instead they attempted to cover it up. I’m not sure what they put on him but they basically glued his hair back on. I only found out because he was laying next to me and I got a rotten smell from the area so I started feeling around and saw yellow stuff on his fur so I gave him a bath thinking something got on him while we were out for a walk. During the bath whatever they used to glue back his fur started to come off & so did his fur exposing a large wound that had become infected because we haven’t been treating it. My dog now has a permanent bald spot on his lower back & his personality has changed too. He use hate the kennel, now we have a hard time getting him out. Since the grooming he’s been very anxious initially we though it was the fireworks in our neighborhood but once we discovered the cut we knew it was the grooming experience causing his anxiety & he’s still very anxious Please make sure you pay attention to how your pets act when you pick them up & after. Also make sure you feel his skin. I’m telling you they did a great job at hiding it but if you felt the area it felt like something dried up on his fur. That’s why I decided to give him a bath, thinking the water would loosen up what ever it was, not realizing his hair was gonna fall off too.

I’m paranoid about leaving my pup with strangers but the groomers here are very friendly and caring. My dog has received baths, Summer cuts, and nail clippings. The prices are very affordable. My phone lost service so I couldn’t check in to receive the discount but they gave it to me anyways.
My dog always walks out with a wagging tail and looking cute. I think he knows it too because there’s an extra pep in his step. Highly recommend this place for grooming! Happy Dogs, indeed.

Took my dogs in for a well needed grooming and they came back smelling good and so darn cute. I recommend happy dog grooming they are excellent. By far a great family ran establishment.

NEVER going back here again!!! I’ve been here before and have been happy with their service. Thought I found a groomer, but boy was I wrong. I called to see how long it would take to get my dog groomed and they said 2 hours…, ok, that’s reasonable. I don’t like leaving her at grooming places too long because the actual grooming doesn’t take that long and the rest of the time, they’re just sitting in crates.
Anyway, two hours had passed and I called to check on her and they tell me another 1 ½ hrs! What!!! Seriously?! At this point, I’m annoyed. So I wait for the call and ¹¹⁄₂ hrs pass by and no call… So I go over there and he says 15 minutes more… Sigh, really?! Ugh, this better be one fantastic grooming job!
Finally, after 4 hrs and 15 minutes, I get my dog back! Paid and left and she seemed fine. I bring her home and I go to pick her up and she Unilocal!I turn her over and she has HUGE red welts on her thighs and scabs from where they shaved her!!! WTF!!!
Are these people blind??? Or do they think I won’t notice the huge red splotches on the underside of my dog!!!
Long story short, never going here again!!! And if you love your dog, then you won’t either! This place sucks! And I’m posting pictures to prove it! If you’re reading this, happy dog grooming, my dog was NOT happy!!!

This place is okay! I’m lucky to have a small dog so it’s very easy to squeeze him in for a bath or a cut… the people that work there seems very nice… and most important thing is that my dog comes out clean and they try to do exactly what I ask them to do, being my dog hates every single grooming place I feel like he sort of tolerates this place unlike pet-​co and k9 loft… so why do I give them 3 stars it’s cause couple of times when they gave my dog a bath I think a little bit of water got into his lungs and he was just making all these noises all day, also sometimes they give me back my dog without blowing air on him to knock off the loose hair from the cut so it gets alllll over me, that’s not okay guys!
Do I recommend this place? I’ll say you go in and be the judge, cause you will NEVER know what happens to your dog when you turn your back and leave them. And this goes for ALL pet places!

We love bringing our pooch here and will continue to do so for a long time. The staff treats your pup with as much care and love as you would. Their service is phenomenal and consistent. If they can make our dog look presentable then they can make any dog look just as good. This family owned establishment (part of the reason we go there to support) is as good as any fancy groomer you will find.
My wife and I actually took our dog for a walk just the other day and received a compliment by a young gentleman in our neighborhood. If I can recall correctly I believe his exact words were «That dog is Gangsta!» When was the last time someone said that about you or your dog?
Love this place as they always keep it gangsta.

I took an abandoned, super smelly, dirty, hyperactive MaltiPoo here over the weekend, and they did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job. By super smelly, I mean like feces and urine probably soaked in his coat. Although I had to wait quite a while, I COULD NOT complain. My dog came out smelling so great, and his cut was so clean and adorable! The staff speaks minimal english, but they know enough to communicate back and forth about your dog. They are also very very friendly!
As for pricing, they have BEST deal! The lady I spoke to when I dropped off my dog said that the fee would be $ 50 for his size. When I came to pick my dog up, I anticipated to pay more because of my dogs behavior, condition, and the level of difficulty to deal with him was pretty high. This other groomer where I take my 8lbs. well-​behaved Shihtzu at charged me extra once because he said my dogs coat was hard to shave off. She likes to lick herself way too much so her coat gets matted quickly. But anyways, this place stayed true to the price they gave me despite the trouble they went through just to get my dog cleaned! Deserved a $ 20 tip!
Well, to sum up my experience here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. We are DEFINTELY coming back here and next time I will be bringing my Shihtzu here from now on as well.
