HTS Systems

Tech came by to set up a DVR security system. After 2 hours (I was told it’d take just 1 hour), the guy could not get it done. The company charged for the full 2 hours despite not doing the job. Had to dispute the charge. Pathetic.

Moshe and his team installed a home theater system at my place in Beverly Hills last month and they were phenomenal. The system he recommended and installed has been awesome, and everything has worked perfectly since the installation. Moshe has kindly helped me re-​program my remote a couple of times when I needed it. He and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work.
I’ve worked with many contractors on other projects in the past, and most contractors don’t do the simple but important things like making sure that they clean up dust and such after a job. Moshe and his team were extremely conscientious about those details.

Since writing this review, we have learned that HTS (Home Tech Security) installed low-​quality cameras we can’t use in our system, and locked it so that we were stuck with using HTS forever. We are going to have to purchase a new camera security system at considerable cost just to view our property.

Got a call last week from Dan apologizing for not getting back to me and explaining that due to staff changes, my messages from lsat fall somehow got lost. He came out the next day and got my existing stereo system working properly. I appreciated the apology and the effort. Would consider using again at this point.

As a first time business owner, i was needing security and a/​v installation and set up that would not break my budget. HTS was recommended to me by one of my customers, and i couldn’t be more happy! The owner, Moshe Bar, returned my call quickly and had one of his technicians over to give an estimate the next day. The estimate wasn’t the cheapest I received but they offered more high tech, high quality components than the others. The entire job was completed in less than a week. You really get what you pay for! (and still within budget) The technician was very prompt and professional. Moshe inspected the job to make sure I was happy with the work. They were very thorough in teaching me how to use everything. Even coming down to re-​teach me things I had forgotten! Also, I’m in south OC and they never charged me a travel fee for anything. I am VERY satisfied and recommend HTS to any one who wants high quality, state of the art technology.

Moshe is a flake. Wasted my time twice and never sent a quote or received a phone call back after his visit.
