Business Owner

Eryk R. Escobar earned his B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California in 2008 and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2011.

Today, Mr. Escobar’s practice focuses on debt relief through Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and debt settlement. Mr. Escobar also practices immigration law. His practice is dedicated to helping individuals with financial difficulties.

Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Escobar practiced complex civil and insolvency litigation at Bienert, Miller & Katzman in San Clemente, CA. There, Mr. Escobar represented clients in non-​dischargeability and discharge objection adversary proceedings. Mr. Escobar also represented plaintiffs in multi-​million dollar mortgage fraud actions.

Before joining Bienert, Miller & Katzman, Mr. Escobar was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Maureen A. Tight, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
