I purchased an Amazon Local coupon on-​line for a garage door maintenance. My garage door is 12 years old and needed to maintenance on it. I scheduled a technician to come on a Sunday, which was really convenient for me. Yali came as scheduled, and he assessed that I needed new springs. I told him the garage open was making a lot of noise, and he told me that it was old and should be replaced. I appreciated his honest assessment. He told me that he can get both items done the same day, which was a huge convenience to me. Yali and his tech got everything done, and the new open is working well. He also gave me 2 new 2-​button remotes at no cost, which is a huge deal for me, as I need to program the main gate on the opener.

One of my garage door springs broke and I called Yali based on an Amazon Local deal, but I didn’t end up using the deal. I then looked him up on Unilocal and saw that he had great reviews. Called up and easily scheduled a time for him to come to fix it.
He said that he could replace one of them, but there could be a chance that the other one would break due to uneven use. I did research and the «net» says that it’s preferable to change both springs at the same time, so he wasn’t simply «upselling» me; just told me what he recommended based on his expertise.
He finished the job within a half-​hour. He then lubricated the rollers and the garage door now works better (and quieter) than it had before the spring had broken.
Good to support local small business in North Hollywood and Burbank areas. Would recommend King Solomon!

These guys are the real deal. I called, got an appointment right away and the man, Yali, was honest, polite and quick. I wanted to get a new, quieter garage door motor installed as a suprise for my husband and he couldn’t be happier. Cleaned up after and explained everything thoroughly– he even programmed my car opener (I would have never gotten around to reading the manual to get that done!) Oh, and last week (a month later), I couldn’t get my garage to close and he came out in no time and fixed it– our fault– my husband accidentally put it in «manual mode» thereby disabling the motor. Felt like an idiot, but he was polite and kind and explained what to do and all at no charge. Will definitely call him again. Customer service like this is unheard of these days! Don’t use anyone else!

i would like to highly recommend king solomon garage door, few months ago i visited friends that moved from NYC to LA and they just bought a house there and during our visit they had an issue with their overhead garage doors, and i went on Unilocal and found king solomon, the guy over the phone was very polite and he sent a technician over with in 35 mins, the teach seems to know exactly what needs to be done and took care of it right on the spot and charged a fair price .
