Horrible experience with them. Run away fast. Aleks is rude and non-responsive. Robert is unhelpful and unfriendly. Only Fred was nice but inexperienced with salt water pools. He never cleaned the cells(or filter properly). He was able to remove the black algae spots(after several requests) but not the rust stains. After several months of giving them every opportunity to perform better, we are returning to our old pool company. They are more expensive but with«LA’s Best» you get worse than you pay for.

Thanks to LA’s Best Pool Service my pool looks beautiful and shiny all year around. They are amazing and well trained to keep up with today’s growing technology. Recently, they have installed a remote control for my pool equipment and salt system. Now luxury is in my hands, I control everything just pushing a button on my remote. They did the job in a very professional way. They are experts who know everything about pool equipments, as well as water chemistry. It’s very easy to work with them and unlike other pool companies they listen to you and understand your needs. I have had incidents when I needed to contact them on weekends or late evening, I was surprised how fast they responded. Also, in today’s though economy everybody is looking for affordable prices, and I am not an exception. LA’s Best Pool Service offers great services at great prices. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a professional, on time, and affordable pool service and repair company.

Needed an estimate on a pool repair, called and set an appointment but no one ever showed.

Name of Business is «L.A.‘s Best Pool Service». After using this company for over a year now for my big(20′ x 40′) old(1965) pool I am as happy as can be. They always show up, do a great job and the pool is more«swimable» than it ever has been(changing the water — their idea — really helped). Two things really impressed me: 1. When the pool pump intake line had a hole — a $ 1,500 dig up and replace job — they found a way to fix the problem for $ 200 by using a PVC bypass. 2. When I had a party on a Sunday there was no problem with them coming out the day before to make sure everything was clean and sparkling. Their prices are very competitive with other pool companies, and given what I was spending at Leslie’s Pool for chemicals when I was taking care of the pool myself, they are a bargain! Highly recommend them.
