La Medical Care

The staff here actually do lie to their patients. I witnessed it first hand. My friend scheduled a Saturday appointment for an abortion at 10:30am. We showed up on time. At noon, we were finally called to the desk and the receptionist said the doctor was called to the ER. Then the receptionist said that my friends procedure was a two day operation, but the receptionist didn’t think this lie through given that the «day two» would have been a Sunday when they are not open and day 1 and day 2 have to be consecutive. I’m truly saddened to see how low income people are treated here. No respect. No accurate information. No standard operating procedure, but instead they have a ‘make it up as you go policy’ that really screams this place does, in fact, need to be shut down. Go anywhere else but here. Sad.

AVOID THIS PLACE: This office is fraud. My girlfriend and I called the three different websites they have: HERS​MARTCHOICE​.COM, LAMED​ICAL​CARE​.COM, AND HER​CARE​.ORG, they are all the SAME LOCATION. We were told on the phone they would accept her Medi-​Cal for the procedure. Once we got there the receptionist said the doctor will not accept it and charged us for the procedure. We had no choice and paid since we were already there. The office was dirty and the staff was mean and rude. The doctor did not explain anything after taking our money. My girlfriend felt traumatized by the event. We realized after we left the place and read the reviews of HERS​MARTCHOICE​.COM why they had to make three different websites to fool patients to come in. They should be reported

Dont go .This place and the one on cesar e Chavez or horrid places. They rush their patients rush to sign papers and give them god knows what medicine without explaining anything. Its invading and should be shut down. Doctors dont speak to their patients just ask what do you want and gives out medicine like candy without actually explaining to the patients what they want actually means, what the medicine does or what will happen to their bodies. May no one ever go again and find a real clinic with real doctors.
