Maybe ozzy was having a bad day. Walked in with a big concern and he could not take his eyes off his cel phone the entire time. Then he started answering the phone while we were in the middle of explaining our concern. His demeanor was low energy and kind of «I don’t give a sh… about your problem.
We will be looking somewhere else for help.

If you want an honest, reliable, affordable and trustworthy mechanic then this is the guy (Ozzy) to come to. His crew are top grade professionals. I have brought my personal vehicle and church van here for years and he always comes through with exceptional work. Ive had major work done on all vehicles and have never had a problem or an issue with the work done. All in all, its been a pleasure bringing my vehicle to him for all my automotive repairs. Shop around and you will see for yourself. One thing to point out is that he guarantees his work. So if anything goes wrong within the time specified he will fix it.

I’ve had a ton of mechanics in my long years of driving. Never had one like Oswaldo. Not only is he scrupulously honest (the Subaru dealer always claims the car needs more than he does, and Oswaldo’s always right); he’s always consistently reasonable in his pricing. My recent 15,000 mile service was about half of what Subaru would’ve charged me (and he cleaned my fuel injectors to boot). Simple, clean process, and good people all around. A rare find.

My mom had work done on her car here recently and not only did the mechanic ‘Josue’ not do the job right, he was a total jerk about the whole thing & refused to take ownership for the crappy job he did. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic, save yourself time & money and please look elsewhere.
