Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Jarrod Osburn started as a plumber’s apprentice in the family business well over a decade ago. Over the years, he learned to master the craft and became known for his ability to provide a great customer experience. He still attends classes to stay up to date with the latest plumbing technologies. Jarrod holds certifications in many specialties as well as in traditional plumbing.

I have worked with at least 30 plumbing companies over the last 15 years because of my line of work (real estate and home renovation). Jarrod from Osburn Rooter & Plumbing was a breath of fresh air in every way. He took his time to make sure the problem was fixed, made sure that I understood my options and did not pressure me to decide that second. He didn’t use the SCARE factor that many plumbers use with women. I am a very loyal person and when I find someone I can trust, I stick with them. I will use Osburn Plumbing again and ask for Jarrod-​the most HONEST plumber I have ever met.

I found Jarrod through HomeAdvisor. I am more than pleased with how things turned out. We had roots in our main line. He gave us a great price on clearing the line. The results were fantastic. Our drains have never been so… drainy! He even showed me the clumps of roots.
He offered some additional services, but he made it very clear that it was optional. I didn’t feel any pressure to do more than what I originally wanted. I love that in a professional: someone who makes recommendations, but doesn’t corner you into going with them.
He was friendly, his associate Jordan was very nice, and they left the area clean. My dad’s plumber always manages to make a huge mess and mangle his plants. Jared made sure my landscaping wasn’t harmed.
I also have some plumbing issues inside the home. When I’m ready to take on that project, I will definitely be calling Jarrod.
It’s also very refreshing to see honesty. He even includes on his contracts that the down payment cannot exceed $ 1k or 10%. It’s a legal thing, but MANY contractors don’t abide by it.
Seriously, don’t call any of those companies that just send out techs. Call these guys.

I contacted Osburn plumbing around 10pm on a Tuesday night after my kitchen sink disposal got clogged. Osburn immediately replied to me and we arranged for an appointment at 10am the following morning. Our plumber, Jarrod, arrived on time and fixed our sink in minutes. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely use Osburn Plumbing again in the future. Thanks for your help, Jarrod! You were awesome! :)

these guys are professional and very knowledgeable. was at a property for other work and they came in and knocked the job out of the ballpark with professionalism and great pricing ! they went far above the call of duty by replacing a water heater and the piping connected. ill refer them for all my plumbing needs ! thanks guys your great !

Jarrod replace my main sewer line. He offered the best price compared to other plumbers. The quality of work was amazing. Jarrod maintained good communication throughout the whole process. Additionally, he was originally going to install a clean out on the outside of my house but when we did the bigger job of replacing the main sewer line, I asked if he can make an additional clean out. He did so with no additional charge given the fact that I was under a lot of stress with replacing the whole mainline. He is very friendly and tells you how it is. I enjoy the process and customer service he provided. My tenants also told me he was very nice. I will be calling him for my future plumbing needs. =)

Not only does he come out on weekends, get the job done quick efficiently and professionally, he charges a fraction the price of other plumbers and is a great guy on top of all that. I had sewage coming out from the backyard cleanout. Carlos came by and ran a snake with no luck. He suggested the hydro jetting and was able to clean it out. He ran a camera through the line and found that our line settled and didn’t line up with the main line. He gave me great recommendations and I didn’t feel cheated at all. I shopped around before I called them and their prices were fair and their service was excellent! I will not hesitate to use their services again.

Jared is one of the most excellent plumbers you can find to do your plumbing work in L.A. He is someone who is flexible with time, reasonable with price and just a super pleasant, professional guy to work with.
What I appreciate most about Jared is that no job is too big or too small for him. I have been calling on him for the past 2 – 3 years, and whether it’s for a small leak in a tap, or whether it is for a larger repair job that entails getting under the house, and working with the pipes under there, Jared has shown up for me and made it all work well again.
Different jobs he has done for me over time (I have an older house in the hills, and so various things come up from time to time):
— replacing pipes and an old clogged up backstop under the house
— snaking out lines (done this a couple of times)
— putting in a «clean out» for the pipes under my house
— changing a shower head
— replacing part of a tap on a sink that involved hunting down hard-​to-​find parts — because it was a custom sink
— replacing a tap on the outside of my house
— changing out a u-​trap on a sink
Some of the jobs were bigger and many were smaller. What I appreciate is that once Jared turns up to do the work, he’s all in. And solving the problem becomes as important to him as it is to you. It is that dedication to solving the issue at hand and making things work for you again that I really appreciate.
Perhaps most importantly, Jared is a very trustworthy and compassionate guy. He has never tried to upsell me, even in situations when he could have done so. Plumbers can be notoriously expensive. But Jared is a very decent and affordable plumber.
He is a plumber I trust often with my house. Give him a call. You won’t regret it.

We found Jared in the pennysaver! He came to our rescue the same day! Our beauty salon was down to just 1 shampoo bowl working. He installed our 3 new bowls the same day and while a couple of our stylists were still working. He had a great attitude even though I knew we were in the way. We needed extra parts and he went and got them for us! He was very nice, professional, and best of all great price! He will definitely be our go to plumber and will refer him to all our clients!
