I am giving this hell hole one star because I have to in order to write a review.
I love how they call and hang up on me and their receptions Estrella refused to transfer me to a manager. Says «bla bla bla» like a child and hangs up on me when I ask to speak to anyone aside from her because she honestly sounds like an idiot.
I would love for YOU Estrella to reach out to me on your time off and tell me the things you said to me over the phone in person. Since you feel so strongly about me maybe we can talk this out over some coffee… you have my number and address… Feel free to reach out princess I’m all ears ;)

Happy I paid my car off! All I can say is if you end up dealing with this company just pay on time, it’s their job to harass you when you’re late. I’ve taken them to the limit as far as having words with them because I was tired of the harassment from them, I felt like doing some G $#@! At times but at the end of the day i still owed that payment and when I paid I had silence from them. They know if you’re dealing with them it’s a ⁶⁰⁄₄₀ chance or better you’ll default, if you do you lose your down, they take the whip and resell it maybe a couple times and make more money than the car is probably worth in the long run and your credit is damaged even more, they’ll probably win in the long run. Best thing to do is make the payment, pay it off or refinance with your bank if and when your credit is strong enough providing your auto less than 6 years old and under 100thousand miles at some banks or credit unions. Good luck to you if you’re dealing with them. .never again!

This place is a travesty I don’t know how they are even in business. I am forced to give them even one star on here. I am so glad this is my last year paying with this company. they bombard you with calls if your late they are rude especially the managers. I have asked them not to call my job with this mess they call 3 times a day. So I just simply stop answering there calls I don’t pay any attention to them anymore because they are idiots I will never never ever ever use this company for financing.

Adriana Olguin is always helpful and extremely nice — 5 stars for her. They always try to assist me when I run late with my payment and very good about following up with me and the payments. HOWEVER I do not like that they have a $ 12 fee to pay over the phone. Most people pay with their card everywhere and no longer need checks or have time to get money orders. the fee should be reduced. it would be a 5 star if they can also help with refinancing.

SO glad I’m finally about to pay off this car loan. Very rude staff and to top it off they were rude to my mother. Would never recommend this company. Estrella was the agent that was rude to my mother, yes we are 2 days late on our payment but there is no reason to be rude and condescending to an elderly lady who has been making the payment for almost 4 years. So we are a little late, and she is threatening to send us to collections. Today is the 5^th it was due on the 3^rd. What kind of a company can’t wait a few more days.

Worst finance company. The reps do a horrible job as customers service very unprofessional and it’s just bad in general in all aspects of this company. I wouldn’t even give them a star I don’t recommend their services. If your late on your payment they threaten you that they will take the vehicle back. You can’t even ask a question because they give you such a bad attitude. They are not polite very rude and it’s always a lousy experience when I talk to them.

I hate when they blow me up if my payment was a few days late. I even spoke to them and left a message that I sent the money order and if they could stop blowing up my co signer and they didnt. Calling one right after another and .and most of the time My paper with my account number that they send never gets to myhouse on time I have to call them like a million times before they answer. Anyways don’t go thru this company if you can help it cuz they suck. Zero stars not one.

Ruthless !!! The worst of the worst. Guy on the phone talks to you if he has a gun on him or has been drinking n has beer balls. If ur gonna purchase a vehicle and their trying to finance you thru them I suggest you going elsewhere. There’s a bunch of professional banks that are willing to work with you. Or go to a big dealership. Now a days everyone offers new n used vehicles at a great price.

Never again! Will I do business with this garbage company! ok they call and text a lot when your late on a payment I get it! The issue is when I make the payment and it even reflects on my account… They still call and text over and over! I spoke to a rep about this and they don’t give a sh** about you or their business practices! This is the 3^rd time they have continued to call me after making the late payment including the late fee! Why do they continue to call after the payment has been made and received!!! The rep said «oh it’s an automated system I’ll note your account so you don’t receive those calls or texts anymore.» What a lying sack of bs. I hate this company so much I will file a complaint on them with the state! I’m so happy I only have a few more payments with these jokers!

A class action law suit will be started soon against the company. A former employee took a money order I sent as payment and cashed it ! At the time I was dealing with this company they had the worse customer service. This has to stop

Do yourself a favor and never do business with this company. It is by far the tackiest most unprofessional company out there. The agents are what we call GHETTO with no class. RUDE as though the money is going directly into their pockets.
Premier is also not willing to work with customers who are experiencing financial hardship so when you’re late you try to ignore them until you come up with the money because they will talk to you reckless! Even if you’re a few days late
They harass your job which is against the law and send non stop texts and blocked calls to your phone despite the fact that you’ve invested thousands of dollars to them already!
I think its time for this company to go out of business because of how poorly it is ran

I really don’t understand why these guys have such bad reviews. Since the beginning I usually speak to a girl name Jessica who has always been more than helpful. However today I had the pleasure of getting a courtesy call from a guy named Amner (not sure of spelling) he called to let me know that my payment was due on the 11^th I explained to him that I’m consistently 7 days late because of the way my pay period works. He went ahead and changed my due date to accommodate my pay dates. Not only that buy waived processing fees and informed me of better ways of paying to avoid further processing fees. He was great! Now I no longer have the headache of both my rent and car payment being due the same day. We all have to understand that like us these people have to work too and it is their job to call us and make sure we are staying in terms of our contracts… thanks for the great customer service today! :)

Wow where do I start. Worst company I have ever worked with. No customer service experience. This company is just bad … Stay away from them.
My wife and I bought a car over a year ago thru a small time dealer close to our residence. Because unfortunately our credit isn’t too great but we desperately needed a car for our daily livelihoods so we buy our Kia Optima at horrible rate but what the hell oh well we needed the car so we’re paying our car for about a year with this company and everything is fine. They were very understanding on our situation.
Then randomly out of nowhere I go to pay my car payment and they say oh we don’t have your title anymore we sold your contract to another company.
I come to find out they sold my contract to «Premier Auto Credit» which my wife was telling me a couple days prior telling me that some weird «telemarketer» kept calling her. Harassing her. So I finally put everything together and I call them and they told me that they picked up my car contract so now we have to deal with them. And it came at the worst time. I lost my job. And was financially struggling. So I knew I was going to be late and I let them know my situation. And they told me that I would lose my car and they would repo it because I would be on the «first payment default» whatever the hell that means. I don’t understand how it would be the first payment default if I’ve been paying my car for the last year already. So after I spoke to like 4 «supervisors» we finally worked it out and no more then a week later in already getting calls. Saying when are you making your payment…
At this point I’m really aggravated. I tell them my situation AGAIN. And they said again that I would fall into a «second payment default» and non stop
threats saying that their going to repo my car.
Long story short still to this day they keep calling me and texting me even when my payment isn’t due yet. Desperate company that has nothing better to do then to keep calling you and texting you.

Possibly the worst credit company I have ever had. I bought a used car a year ago and used this company for the loan (per the car salesman) boy oh boy did I get duped.
Keep in mind I have never been late on a payment and usually pay more than the minimum.
They call well before the due date of a payment to harrass their customer… and their website collections your information (e.g. telephone number, email, etc) without giving you any information on your loan (specifically — how much longer until i pay this off and get these people out of my life) Their phone operators lack basic manners… or knowledge of their jobs.
All in all — a horrible experience. i will never use them again and i urge other to stay far away.

Had a rough start at the beginning 9 months back «BUT» there have been several improvements on both ends. This lender has been by far the best, patient and understanding with my life circumstance! They have offered me courtesy and support. Actually thank God for them through this time. Thank you Lawrence, Carlos and Karla! Communication is key, I think in any situation calls for it and it is a must no matter what! Again thank you Premier.

Wish i could give them no stars. Just had a long conversation with a «supervisor» which was just as condescending as his employees. This company should be shut down for having bad business practices. They makeup their own rules and try to intimidate people by threatening to repo their car after 5 days of being late. Do not do business with this company. They need people who actually speak english and know the meaning of customer service.

I financed my car with premier over a year ago. They send me a reminder in the mail and then I get phone recordings once a day after my payment is due. Even when I’ve had to pay a few days behind they are nice about it and accommodate me as best they can. I’ve never had a threatening phone call (as mentioned below) once when my payment was a week behind they offered to move my due date to make it more convenient for me. They report on my credit every month too! So far I would call myself a satisfied customer!

Customer service isn’t spectacular, business isn’t spectacular, but overall they served their purpose.
They taught me a lot of lessons that I will remember forever and I am grateful for that. I am glad I have paid my car off.

Extremely horrible customer service. I have needed paper work for a car I bought to get my tags and it has now been over a year and they will not release anything to me. Avoid this company at all cost.

This is the biggest mistake I have made in my life. They treat people like animals and constantly lie. Paperwork gets lost and when u are lucky enough to get an email from them they are so use to lying they don’t even remember the words they commit to.
The harassed my family and friends beyond belief. A guy named Francisco had my oldest daughter in tears with the way he spoke to her.
Please do not do business here.
