Redline Cycles

I usually don’t write on social media, online blogs, online reviews, etc. but I feel that my experience with this particular company needs to be known. I’m an Army veteran of 7 years and I’ve never came across a business or any type of company quite like this one. I found a 2007 Harley Davidson Dyna Custom on Craigslist that Redline Cycles had for sale. I decided to stop by the shop and take a look. I’m not going to lie at first I was impressed with the quality and business ethic I saw with Elliot. He took the time to explain the details of the bike and what has been added and what needs to be done. He also gave me an exact price quote. So I decided to go ahead and process the loan for this bike. Then I get a call from a lady named Raja from Redline. I’m guessing she’s the shop manager. Her quote was $ 1000 more than what I had spoken with Elliot. I spoke to Elliot about my concern and he «guaranteed» me that’ll he’ll «take care of it» and «take care» of me. So out of good faith I went ahead with conducting business with this company. After calls, after calls and no answer for days I finally get a hold of Elliot and ask him about the bike. He told me he’s waiting on parts and should be delivered soon. At this point they have already received the check for the bike. So I finally get the bike delivered to my place of residence and behold it’s empty on gas (last visit to the shop the bike was full on gas). I call Elliot and asked him wtf??? He asks me if I had a helmet and that’ll he’ll call the driver to put gas in the bike… So a week after I get the bike I’m riding it for the first time. I take it on the freeway and everything seems to be fine… Until I get out the freeway. The gas line comes loose and sprays gas all over my leg and the bike stalls. Luckily I wasn’t on the freeway. I call the shop and express my concern with their work ethic and business. This weekend, again, shortly after I got off the freeway the throttle cable snaps… .GARBAGE. If you plan to look at any bikes from this company look through them with a fine toothed comb. Do not trust their word.

I brought my bike in with a knock in the motor and these guys found the problem on the spot and only charged me a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommended!!!

These guys are awesome !!! I recently purchased a 2008 Buell Blast from a private party… The bike had many unforeseen problems that I was unaware of… These guys went above and beyond in helping me get my bike running… Once I shared with them that this was my only transportation, They really took service to another level. One evening they actually worked on my bike until 11:30 PM to make sure I could go to work the next day… Another time they came in to work on my bike on a Saturday (THEY ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS!!)…anything you have on two wheels take to these guys… really the honestly care about their customers.

This place was awesome. They helped my boyfriend find exactly what he was looking for and for the right price. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the owner is pretty hot too. I would definetly recommend coming here for your motorcycle needs.
