I will be as forward as I can be. First time I took my dry cleaning, they lost my pants. It took them 20 min to find them. Second time I took my clothes in, they asked me to come back later because my pants were not done being pressed. The third and final time, I brought my pants to be hemmed. They lost them. Finally after frantically looking for them, they found them under a pile of clothes. I had to return later so they could fix them and iron them. The best part, they charged me full price. Not one comp. It’s interesting that my first review disappeared.

This is my local dry cleaner. It’s recently under new management and they’re doing a great job now. Relaxx’s prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job. I especially like that they have my preferences on file (lightly starched, hung, and bagged). Alterations are done on site by a charming lady, but I only use her services for minor repairs. (My real seamstress is down on Ventura Blvd.) As neighborhood cleaners go, they’re better than most.

this place is the best. they’re a pick-​up and deliver dry cleaning service and they do a damn good job! they’ll pick-​up and drop-​off your cleaning once or twice a week, for no additional charge, almost anywhere in the LA area, and they’re cleaning rates are really good! On top of that, they give you bags to put your cleaning in and they take all credit cards. You can even set-​up auto payment.
But the best part? I own expensive clothes that often have crazy detailing, or irreplaceable buttons, or sensitive fabrics… Relaxx has never messed up or lost ANYTHING. they guarantee they won’t because they take photos of every garment when they pick it up so they make sure to return it in better condition than they got it in. DOODE. c’mon, does it get better? i think not.
