This is one of those kiosk-​y type Starbucks with a drive thru. Even though I used mobile ordering and allowing the estimated time to elapse, I still waited over 10 minutes for my drink. Not impressed.

We went through the drive through and gave an order of 5 drinks and a sandwich. All drinks were ordered to be venti except for 1. The girl messed it up and charged us more to fix her mistake. There was also a hair in the sandwich and she didn’t even apologize.

This Starbucks sucks. I’ve had the wrong drink given to me, more times than the correct one. I pay extra for soy, and got a dairy milk drink, not even close to what I asked for. I should’ve trusted the 3 star rating…

This location is the best one by my house. It’s drive-​thru/​walk up only. There’s no indoor seating, but they do have a few tables/​chairs outside.
Usual orders:
Pike Place brewed coffee
iced Caramel Frappé with Soy
Bacon and Gouda Breakfast Sandwich
Hot Chocolate
Chocolate Croissants (warmed up)
Really good, but seasonal it seems:
Salted Caramel Mocha Frappé.
Service is always good.
Plenty of parking if you want to do a walk up order.

Drive thru service at night is ridiculously horrible!!! The woman working the drive thru window is one of the rudest starbucks workers I’ve ever encounted. SHE started to get rude after I tried to order a drink they apparently ran out of. If anyone should be upset it should be me! I didnt even say anything about it. I literally just said ok and ordered something else. I get that some customers can be difficult but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to all of your customers. It wasn’t even that busy. There were only 2 cars waiting for the drive thru window. I also feel like they should be just a little nicer especially when your store is the one missing product. Don’t go here. Ever.

I go to this Starbucks all the time, and I received the worst customer service of my life last night.
I ordered my drink with soy because I have a cold and dairy makes it worse. When I got to the window they asked if I still wanted whipped cream and I told them no, that I was avoiding dairy.
My boyfriend sees them making my drink and that they put whipped cream on it. He tells them it isn’t supposed to have that, and right in front of is they start scooping the whipped cream off the drink.
We tell them we actually need it remade, that I’ll avoiding dairy the girl making the drinks rolls her eyes then makes me another drink.
We’re on the highway before I can try it, because it’s hot. My first sip was sickeningly sweet, but I assumed it was because it’s soy vanilla milk. When I take another drink, I realize there is NO espresso when I paid for an extra shot (3 total). Not sure if she forgot it, or if she was trying to punish me for wanting my drink made properly.

Bought a blended drink in this area and found a big chunk of ice. The drink was leaking all over the place when they handed it to me. One of the most annoying services from starbucks.

I love going to this Starbucks because it’s literally down the street from my house. I try going when there are not a lot of cars since it’s drive thru. Also, there’s a a window where you order if you walk or get out of your car. Only employees are inside. They’re extremely nice and they were pretty quick as well but again that depends on the time you go. I really wouldn’t suggest to stay out there for just the free wifi during the summer because it gets really hot unless you can handle the heat. I was there for less than 5 minutes and I was burning up. Either way I do recommend on going to this Starbucks when you have a craving for it.

Absolutely love this location. Starbucks overall is not my favorite coffee but this location is definitely a nice one because they make tasty drinks. I only use the drive through which can be slow at times but again, their drinks are yummy, and the service is fantastic!

This location is my usual Starbucks as its on my way to work and has a drive through.
Although the staff are very friendly, they are also one of the slowest Starbucks I have been to. The line of cars wraps around the parking lot sometimes cutting off driveways. There is also an ordering window but it’s usually equally as crowded.

This Starbucks is very convenient because it has a drive-​through. The staff is very friendly and they never make a fuss if I ask to ring my items up separately.
This location does have outside seating but I usually just run through the drive-​through and go since the location does not have the best view.

I come here only for the Veggie Artisan Sandwich (which are usually sold out by 10am) and sometimes tea. I rarely drink the coffee because it’s too acidic for me. However, the customer service is very good and you usually don’t have to wait in line too long.
Warning: Be careful when going to making your order. The person who was contracted to create this drive thru did a lousy job and I know at least three people that messed up their front bumper by trying to get close to the order box. By all the scrap marks on the yellow paint you can tell many have ruined their bumpers getting coffee (very sad and for those who have messed up their cars and I’m sure very aggravating). They should put a flat tumblers mat where the scratches are so when people get close they can at least have a chance to not scratch up their bumpers.
Note: You don’t need to get that close to the order speaker – they can hear you fine a foot or so away from the box.
