T and Town Transmissions has grown from a back yard operation in the late 1980’s to a small one door garage in the late 1990’s to the business that it now is. T and Town Transmissions started as a family owned and operated business and now still remains family owned and operated. Tomas Corza Sr. the founder and now CEO first began in the business in the mid 1980’s as a transmission rebuilder, Tomas learned early on that a quality repair begins with honesty and integrity. Tomas learned that the secret to maintain returning customers was to do all repairs with quality craftsmanship so that the repair is done right the first time. T and Town Transmissions prides itself on its reputation for quality repairs, many customers that came to Tomas in the 1980’s when the shop was operated out of his back yard are still to this day some of his best customers and for a reason!

Tomas Sr started working on cars at the young age of 19 when he purchased his first car in 1985, a 1948 Pontiac silver streak that had a non working transmission and engine. Tomas soon taught himself to rebuild the transmission. Since then he had worked at many different shops over the years until opening up his own shop.
